Great food lively atmosphere.
The service here has declined each time I've been in and I won't come back. I ordered Foie Gras and asked for a sauterne or late harvest Riesling. The waiter barely understood English and came back with a red wine. When asked, he said they had no sweet white's by the glass. When he brought the desert menu, there were at least 4 very good pairing wines. This Mastros location isn't even close to the others I've frequently dined at and enjoy. Avoid it at all cost!
Beyond that, I put in a request for a birthday and they did nothing. That and the noise level was almost too much to hear each other.
Been to other Maestros and they were good. Service here was non existent, the staff clueless. Go to LG’s or Sullivan’s if you want steak
It was amazing!
Great food, service and ambiance. Had a wonderful meal here. Great cocktails! Don’t leave without trying the butter cake dessert!
Wonderful restaurant. Carlos in bar area was terrific.
Mastros made it a lovely evening for our get together. Great seats in the bar area booths listening to Live music cover songs. Wedge salad, bone-in ribeye Steak, scalloped potatoes and creamed spinach all served wonderfully by the very attentive staff. Many attendants making sure not one thing was left out.
Mastro's still stands out as one of the top steakhouses anywhere. I had the bone-in rib eye and it was just about perfect. Cooked exactly right and the quality couldn't have been better. We also had the onion rings and tuna tartar to start--both excellent. If they were to step up their cocktail game just a bit, the place would be unbeatable.
This was the best Restaurant I've experienced in all my travels. The one in Malibu is a close second.
