Great service, fabulous meal, luscious cocktails and wonderful ambience. The music is so great- we really enjoyed our dinner and the butter cake blew my brother and nephew away!

The steaks were excellent as usual very tender and cooked perfectly. The lobster tail my wife ordered with her steak was exceptionally small and over cooked. This is apparently not the place to order sea food so stick with the steaks.

Server and food were good as always. Music in bar was great. However, we were a party of five at table #425 . This table was right at the kitchen door, constant servers going by our table and bumping some of our party.

An excellent choice for Valentines Day! Met Jojo, personable keyboard player and singer performing in the bar and his lovely accompaniment singer, Brittany. Very much enjoyed the music. Our server, Caitlin was attentive without being overbearing.
My wife ordered the iceberg wedge salad and found it to be bland. She was also not impressed with the crabcake entre. I, too, found it overly salty but with lots of crabmeat.
She did really enjoy the Lemon Ginger Smash cocktails.
My lobster bisque was as creamy and tasty as it could be and was accompanied by lobster chunks. My bone-in filet was beautifully marbled, tender and tasty. The creamed spinach was among the best I have had. I would order the same items on my next trip. The Tiki Time was a delicious rum/fruit juice concocktion

I know it was Valentine’s Day but the setup of the tables would not matter what day it was as tables are so close together, there is no chance of privacy. They ran out of some appetizers.

We don’t usually dine at higher end restaurants but the staff made us feel comfortable and help us choose good items off the menus.

The food, wine, and service were exceptional. We were celebrating a 68th birthday and were very disappointed in the chocolate cake that was comped. This was the 6th conservative year of birthdays at Mastros always finished off with Butter Cake. We would have gladly paid the difference but were not offered such.

Wonderful place for special occasions -noise level a little loud due to live music in the bar . But, the music was good so we didn't mind. Servers , hostesses , wait staff are very attentive. Wine list was very good.

It was the perfect place to go for a fun evening out with our son who was visiting and my sister-in-law who was visiting. Not only was the food fantastic and our service excellent but we enjoyed the entertainment and seeing everyone else having a great time.

My first time at a Mastro's steak house. I went with one other first timer and a couple who had been there before. I knew it was an upscale steak house chain, although I didn't know it had 17 locations. The drinks were very good . The food was good although one member of our party had the wrong size steak delivered to him and had to wait more than 20 minutes for the error to be rectified; the person who identified herself as the manager finally made it happen and the cost of that meal was comped. I lived and dined in Manhattan for many years and I've also eaten at steak places in Chicago, Italy, Japan, Argentina, Britain, etc. I am not afraid of high prices, but Mastro's has reimagined what high prices can be and they are richer than the lobster mash potatoes. The biggest surprise was the noise level which included patrons dancing in the bar room. Raucous, but fun.

We had a wonderful time. Came in the celebrate our 10th anniversary. Since we walked in we were greeted and taken to our table right away. Once we sat our table they gave us a very nice hand written anniversary card. Server was great and answered all our questions and made sure we were well taken care of. Food was delicious and we even got a complimentary anniversary cake. Thank you for an awesome experience.

I wasn’t impressed with our waiter. He seemed to be in a hurry. I don’t think he was a good listener.
The lemon drop martini wasn’t as good as I remember at other locations.
I did enjoy the music. I didn’t appreciate the hostess in the bar telling me I could stand with my drink while I waited to be seated for dinner, when there was a room full of empty (reserved) tables. How rude! I want to thank the hostess at the check in counter who came back and offered us a seat at one of the many empty tables. We were only there for ten minutes (maybe less), and then we were seated in the dining room for dinner. Since it was only 5:45 PM, and our dinner reservation was for 6:00 PM, I am certain that our sitting for that short period of time did not interfere with the guests for whom the table was reserved.
