   My steak was chewy. I ordered a filet. Didn’t taste good either. Overcooked. So noisy. I also had a tomato buratta salad. Tomatoes not ripe at all. Tasteless. Wouldn’t come back again.

   Not the service I was use to receiving. My waitress started off fine but then disappeared and never came back. I was told her shift end while my entree was coming out. I waited for over 30 min for my 2 Truffle butter @ 16.00 each and not to mention my cocktail never came that I had ordered with her before “her shift ended”. I am really upset that I did not get to enjoy my dinner but hey I will enjoy it for breakfast . Thank you to TJ for trying to fix all my issues but I’ll be taking a break from Mastro for a while.

   Excellent night at Mastros. Food was fantastic.. service was exceptional. Don’t skip the butter cake, you will regret it. It’s to die for. Steaks were cooked to perfection and delicious. Just go.. trust me.

   Excellent service and great steak and sides. Annoying when they stick you in the basement when the upstairs is empty but it was fine.

   The atmosphere was very luxurious and fun. The service was phenomenal, big shout out to Rachel! The food!? EXCEPTIONAL! Worth every penny. Will be returning and recommending to everyone. Also make sure to smile and thank Wanda, the bathroom attendant. She works very hard, and alone.

   Good steakhouse. Not great. Us as alot better last year. Not sure what happened. Great martinis though! They are so strict about the dress code that I actually got a phone call in the afternoon to remind me of the dress code, but then I noticed after 8 o’clock I saw people walking with hoodies and not dressed, according to the dress code that I was reminded of 🤷🏻‍♀️. Strange. Also very expensive on top of that to charge for “bread service“…at steakhouse to me that’s unheard of 🤷🏻‍♀️

   My experience was excellent. I loved everything plus the concierge and my assigned waiter made my experience wonderful!

   Best time ever! I’ve been to mastros about ten times. I always sit downstairs. This time I sat near the piano on a Friday night and had a blast!!! I don’t think I’ll ever sit downstairs again. Things I love about this place are …Carpet on the floors making it easy for my heels, the well dressed table using double linen, the wine section (thx Brian), the menu options w/special mention for the lobster Mac and cheese.     We had a fantastic dinner and the singer was outstanding! My 27-year son loved the vibe in the restaurant compared to Ocean Prime and Capital grill across the street.
