   Food was excellent and service was on point. Th lounge singer was a bit loud for my taste may ask to sit on the dining side next time

   The manager was very rude! They took my plate while inwas still eating. They lied about use of 2 tables not being in use due to waiter cant get by but let 2 white couples sit there before we left.. my fish was not done and they took it back, cooked it longer and brought it back instead of a new piece of fish.. 16 of us wont be back!

   Our first time to Mastro’s for my husbands birthday with friends! Everything was exceptional! Highly recommend for a special occasion or night out. Live music was the perfect level of sound to enjoy but still talk.

   My experience was great! Food and drinks were delicious. I loved my waitress Savannah, can’t wait to come back for another great experience.

   I want to thank JB, Lay, McKenzie, Walt the bartenders and host for making my daughter’s 24th birthday the best experience ever! We was taking care of from the moment we walked in. Drinks are always on point, the Rockefeller oysters are the best in the city! The service is 10 stars! The live music makes the ambiance top tier! And the warm butter cake is the best thing I have tasted for a dessert! The bar is usually my go to spot when I’m dining by myself! But I suggest everyone to request the booth seating! Sexy and elegant! I love the whole M Team Columbus!!!! See you all soon! Love STORM

   I have been to Mastros in Chicago, New York and Houston. Big fan and very excited to have them in Columbus. The food last night was great, as was our server. However, we (table for 4) felt very rushed. We spent $800 and I would expect to appropriate spacing of courses. At every point, people we trying to remove drinks that weren’t finished and plates that had food that was still being eaten. I would tell one person, we are not done with that and someone else would try to remove it. Not exactly relaxing. It was strange. There were plenty of open tables so I don’t think we were being rushed for that reason. I also didn’t think we were being slow. Hope the feedback helps.

   First time dining. We were sat in the bar. Live music was played…loudly. I’m a younger fella and when I say loud, I’m saying I couldn’t speak to my wife without asking her to repeat. Food…salty. My mom salted her salad when I was a kid. The insides of her mouth would have been wrinkled with the amount of salt on my wife’s salad. The steak was fine. Unevenly seasoned between our two cuts. I was offered A1 as the house sauce. Skip the creamed spinach. Mashed taters rocked. Butter cake is great after three glasses of wine.
