   We were looking forward to trying this dining option and were very disappointed. After having reservations made weeks in advance, I was shocked to be seated in a covered patio that feels like an afterthought while looking into a lovely place to dine. Our server was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly - the only real upside to the evening. The food was ok. Columbus has many outstanding options for upscale dining… for us, this first make the list.

   The food was amazing — no complaints there. But the atmosphere was honestly disappointing. It was so loud I could barely hear my waiter, let alone have a conversation with my husband. For a place with a dress code and a $330 bill, I expected more of a fine dining vibe. Instead, it felt more like a crowded bar. The tables were super close together, and the noise just echoed through the whole space. I almost left after the appetizer because it was that overwhelming. Great food, but not the experience I was hoping for.

   Had a fantastic meal with great cocktails. Brad was such a fun server. The restaurant was very loud making conversation more difficult, but it’s hard to find a quiet restaurant anymore.

   Reading the Cocktail menu is very entertaining as the cocktails have very interesting names: from “Grounds for Divorce” to “Penicillin “. The cocktails live up to their names in taste and are served in beautiful double old fashioned size glasses. Steaks were very tasty and perfectly prepared. Side dishes were plentiful and delicious. Try the Lobster Mashed Potatoes!! Unsurpassed! Butter cake was outstanding and the whipped cream serving was delicious and very plentiful. Service was outstanding. Five star, all the way!!

   Absolutely exquisite. My mother and father had the best dinner of their lives. Thank you all for your service and look forward to dining again and again!

   Food was excellent and service was on point. Th lounge singer was a bit loud for my taste may ask to sit on the dining side next time

   The manager was very rude! They took my plate while inwas still eating. They lied about use of 2 tables not being in use due to waiter cant get by but let 2 white couples sit there before we left.. my fish was not done and they took it back, cooked it longer and brought it back instead of a new piece of fish.. 16 of us wont be back!

    Our first time to Mastro’s for my husbands birthday with friends! Everything was exceptional! Highly recommend for a special occasion or night out. Live music was the perfect level of sound to enjoy but still talk.
