We were served the wrong food and our waitress was awful
Shocked they charge for the bread basket when all other steakhouses have it as complimentary. I mean Cheesecake Factory has complimentary bread. Salmon had ZERO flavor but I got it pan seared and should've gone with the blackened or cajun option. Great service and the singer in the lounge area was great
Had an amazing dinner in the middle of week! Plexiglass ,face mask, social distancing and amazing food!
Excellent service from “Issabella”
The Live music was soothing as the Pianist was performing all the great songs.
The food was outstanding. We had the lobster bisque and tuna tartar to start...amazing! Our waitress was very attentive. We would definitely return!
Incredible ambiance, service was sensational and the food was amazing
We celebrated Father’s Day a week later. Our server made our experience special by serving a Father’s Day inspired dessert. I appreciated our servers knowledge of the menu and his warm and welcoming spirit.
Consistently superior. Never disappoints.
Server Lauren was great, very attentive wine service, good pacing of dinner.
Will definitely visit again....
It was a very nice experience
Doing their best during these times but what’s on the plate is still 100% the mastros experience!
Can’t wait till they open up the inside. Food was great but not an ideal location for outdoor seating
This place was amazing. Kelly was our server and she was the BEST!!! We’ve been to a lot of places but she has to be the best we’ve ever had. Kind, knowledgeable regarding menu, and helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough positive things. Food was great! Awesome.
Overall great service, food, and ambiance! The noise level when the band plays is pretty loud if you’re not sitting directly next to someone. I’m sure the dinning room area isn’t as loud, but we wanted to be near the band so we were okay with the noise level.
We never made it through the door. Doors were locked by 9:30
This was our first time at Mastro’s. We had a very nice birthday dinner for one of our adult children. Party of seven on a Sunday evening. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Service was very good and steaks were excellent, soups and salads not so special but OK. Dessert was also fantastic. Butter cake, chocolate cake, sorbets. Definitely an expensive place to dine but with amazing steaks that were cooked to perfection. We will be back.
Restaurant and food is great ! Service is top notch and very helpful! Just wish it was cheaper
Food was excellent. Server was a little overbearing. Still my favorite steak restaurant
Food was delicious and brought out quickly. Was louder than expected but still a wonderful experience
Excellent steaks. Ambiance good if you like a lively atmosphere (we were seated in the bar area as we requested). Waiter was very competent but did not have time for us. Food service was rather slow. The waiter became more inattentive as the evening went on and finally seemed to forget us completely. We waited too long for the check. Finally I got up from the table to find the waiter to get the check. Prices are high ($135 per person). The food is commensurate with the price, but service is not.
Food never disappoints and our server Jeff was amazing as always!
Great Time, Great Food & Service
I had an amazing overall experience dining at Mastro’s! From the moment we walked in from the moment we left. The service was exceptional! Our meal was perfection and everything was timed accordingly. It wouldn’t be an everyday option for me due to the fine dining prices but for a special occasion or celebration the overall experience definitely met my expectations.
First visit and was pleasantly surprised! The dining room is a very warm setting, service was excellent and the wine list was extensive. They walked us through the menu in great detail and made several recommendations.
This was our second visit. First visit was not what we expected but we decided to give second chance. Very glad we did! We had exceptional service. Waitstaff was very helpful and we enjoyed a lovely evening. Food was delicious and I highly recommend the chocolate sin cake!
The BEST lobster bisque I've ever had! Between my husband and I we also had the fried calamari, 22oz Bone-In Ribeye, Crab Truffle Gnocchi, baked potato, creamed corn and the Mastro's House Salad. All of which I would recommend with exception of the salad as we found it to be a bit one-note despite the variety of ingredients. Overall we had a lovely meal and we will definitely be back!
