   The server Ambar was great. The ambiance was great. The food was great. The singer on the piano was great. Was in Chicago for my birthday. Definitely recommend Mastros. Wouldn’t change anything. Everything was perfect!

   Omar was the sever. Excellent knowledge of the menu, since it was my first time. His recommendations were very tasty.

   Excellent meal topped off by excellent service by Blake! Can’t go wrong with his recommendations. Steaks aNd the Butter Cake were the best we gave had in a long time. Will definitely go back the next time we are in Chicago.

   Excellent service! Beautiful live background music. Wonderful choices of steaks. My highlight was the bacon appetizer! Goodness, yum. Oh, and the butter cake and the cherry crisp. Patrick was a fabulous server with excellent skills, recommendations and sense of humor!

   This used to be our go to for celebrations. Our last two visits, NYE and April 13 have us now looking for a new favorite. Even though restaurant was mostly empty on our most recent visit service was slow. Food was ok, steak orders were wrong, mixed up temperatures of my filet with my nieces NY strip. Drinks were great as always and the live entertainment is also awesome. Desserts were good, food was good, not amazing. Almost $600 for three diners, one drink each. Underwhelmed. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

   If you go here sit by the bar area the dinning area is mediocre, and the light kept flickering and messing with my eyes

   Had an amazing dining experience and our server Diego was the best! The food was equally amazing. Diego made our first experience one of the most memorable and we will definitely be returning! I highly recommend Mastro's not just for the food but the amazing staff as well.

   My steak was small and dry for the price. My wife sea bass was not moist and dry. The Twin baked potato was like having 1 baked potato with all the fixings. My guest roasted chicken and said he had no flavor for the cost. It was an expensive experience. Probably will not go back. When you've had certain expectations of a steakhouse. You expect to get the same or better. Too prices for portion and for flavor.

   Our server Sofia and rest of the staff went above and beyond to make your dining experience as best as possible for my wife’s birthday. The food was phenomenal and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

    Mastro's exceeded my expectations in service, food quality, taste, also ambiance. Sofia was very knowledgeable of the menu and specials. The kitchen prepared every coarse deliciously and the ribeye was by far one of the best I have ever enjoyed. Cooked to a perfect temp, nice char, tender and great flavor. The sautéed shrimp were so flavorful, I had 2 orders. My daughter loved the crab cake, lamb chops and mac n cheese. The cheese pull on the mac and cheese she said was "the best mommy" for dessert the restaurant sent out a beautiful birthday platter with there famous butter cake with ice cream, chocolate cake and whip cream over dry ice to make the end of the night even more special! I was wowed from start to finish with my experience and will be back again soon! Alejandro the busser was polite and did not skip a beat filling the waters and bringing new utensils after corses. Mgmt was also present and checked the table to see how the night and food was going. Everything was superb. High quality and unmatched in the city. Thank you so much.
