Food was excellent but where my wife and I was seated I couldn't hear her all night. Way to loud. We still enjoyed are selves.
Amazing as always
Always amazing and never disappointing. My favorite restaurant, period, hands down!
I have been coming
Nice restaurant for a celebration. Our waiter was excellent and the food is great.
Food is great. We had the ny strip and a 2 lb lobster and garlic mashed potatoes. Outstanding. Expensive but worth it. Service was great.
Restaurant could use an updating. Kind of dated environment. Singer and music is special. Chihuli glass is also special.
I booked a reservation a week in advance and the day of our reservation I receive a call from Scott who told me the entire street was blocked off so we should Uber instead of drive because there would be no parking. He said he would accommodate us with a glass of red wine on the house, which didn’t happen. Also, I ordered the bone-in ribeye medium rare because last time I had it a few years back it was amazing. It took 40 minutes and when cut into it, it was still rare and not edible. When I told one of the managers, he told me this was medium rare and questioned my knowledge of what a medium rare steak should look like (I am a chef and I know my steaks). Instead of getting me a new one, he simply heat it up, causing the juices of the steak to leak out. Unacceptable for an upscale restaurant with its reputation as one of the best steak houses. Waiter was also nowhere to be found.
As a chef, I used to recommend all of my friends and family to Mastro’s because the food was delectable the last time I was here, but this time I was embarrassed as how terrible the food preparation and the service was. Not sure if they changed chefs recently, but something needs to change. Will probably never come back.
The staff was super friendly especially April, the food was super delicious! I enjoyed every part of my visit !
I was told my girlfriend was gonna get a cake or a dessert saying happy birthday but I guess they forgot about all that. Other than that everything was great
Not quite worth the hype. I got the 10oz
Japanese A5 Wagyu and there was not much flavor. It was a thick piece of meat but they could not get the temp right. Ruth’s Chris prices but no where near the flavorful food.
What can I say? One of the bets steak places in town. Super fancy so be prepared to dress.
Amazing food. Amazing service. Amazing setting. Had a great time
Danny our server was amazing. We tried the Kobe steak as he recommended and it was a mouth watering experience
we have been coming to you for years and my wife and I were talking the next day and both said it was the best meal we've ever had! Keep up the great service!!!!!
Last couple times we have visited our steak has been over cooked. Everything else was great.
Even though they lost our ticket for our salads. They made up by taking it off our ticket. So I'm grateful to them for that.
Wonderful place for an intimate dinner.
We spent our Valentine’s Day at Mastro’s. As soon as we arrived we were seated which was a plus. The waiter was friendly however was not very attentive to our table. She kept apologizing for the delay. She never offered any courtesy to us on her part. The table next to us their waiter didn’t come back around for 30 minutes. The restaurant had a lot of staff onsite so I am unsure why the waiters not attentive. The scallop potatoes are the worst side dish offered. The waiter said they recently changed the recipe. Do not order it.
I was a little disappointed this time . The salad was great , the steak was really dry , and one of the sides we had to send back . I even woke up with a tummy ache . The quality isn’t as good as it used to be
So loud and the tables were so close together we had to move them to so my girl could get out. My steak came out well done when it was supposed to be medium rare and her food was wrong also.... i have been to Mastro’s in the past and have never been disappointed but this time i don’t think i will be going back.
Mastro's Beverly Hills is among the most visually stunning in the restaurant group, whose looks are surpassed by the quality of the service and the food. It is our go-to restaurant every time we visit Beverly Hills, and we are never disappointed. If you're looking for the highest level of Beverly Hills cuisine and a phenomenal dining experience, reserve your table at Mastro's
The table were placed right next to each other. You can here the other party’s conversations. You’ll have to move or maneuver the table left and right so you or the party on your left or right can go to the restaurant. Very inconvenient. Makes an upscale place cheap. Food wise was great but the ambiance ruined the whole experience.
I go to this restaurant a few times a year because it's one of my favorites. This time my baked potato was cold and since I was pressed for time I was unable to have them rectify this issue. Also, since I was in a hurry to leave I had to get up to find the waitress to ask for the bill and also had to get up to actually turn in the bill and request the food that was wrapped up to go. This wasn't my best experience there.
Tomahawk steak a ten cooked to perfection.
Béarnaise sauce perfect. Asparagus perfect Wein perfect. The brussels sprouts were horrible overcooked and mushy. The waitress took them off the menu/check
It was too crowded and loud in the restaurant. Several guests in the restaurant either dropped or broke their glasses because the tables were too close. 4 out of 8 guests in our party sent their entree back because it was not hot. 3 of the guests ordered cocktails that never came.
It was not a great experience for the money.
Early Valentine's Day dinner! Everything was awesome. The steak was perfect; the drinks were flowing, and the service was outstanding.
Could do with half sized side dishes at half the price. The side dishes were way too big, even with 2 people sharing. Quality of food was great, though.
Steaks are the best we've ever had!
Mac n Cheese are to die for and must not be missed!
My Porterhouse was seasoned and cooked perfectly however my colleagues Filet and Mushrooms were over salted. They brought a new one out but it did take 15 mins. A glass of wine would have been nice.
Rated one of the best steakhouses in LA. Sushi and sides were great, however my husband ordered a medium rare porterhouse steak and it came well done. Once returned, it came back plain rare. It was unfortunate. The ambiance was nice although chilly and pretty dark.
Very nice, and classy place. The people are nice and very attentive to detail. I would definitely recommend this place.
Overall great experience. Food was delicious. The only thing I would change is the lighting. Its so dark in there! After 10 minutes of sitting down I was ready for bed. Also the the two tables beside us had to pull out their flashlights on their phone to read the menu. Which was blinding us ! Turn on the lights guys.
Had an unbelievable experience. Went with my fiancé for our Anniversary. The staff was excellent and attentive. Suggested great dishes and dessert was brought out with the famous butter cake and chocolate cake with happy anniversary written on the plate. Had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Mastro’s is always a great choice for fine dining.
Was exactly what I expected. Will be coming here more often..
The food is unreal the taste is unbelievable everything was perfect.
The restaurant was great. the food and portions were great. The staff was awesome!
Our two top was squeezed into an area that really required more room. More challenging was the placement of a large guest who needed to push his chair back so far , he was essentially touching our table. Not what I expect from a $$$$ dinner.
Amazing, absolutely amazing.
