   Very nice place with delicious food and excellent service, it was our anniversary and they recognized it in every possible way, highly recommended 👌🏻

   We requested a corner seating by the couch, everyone was very kind, respectful and the ambiance was very nice. Live music was playing. Food was perfectly cooked, crab cakes, Wagyu New York style and wagyu roll in the sushi section were our favorite dishes. The wait for the food is on par with restaurants of this level, we spent two hours between eating and waiting for both parts of our course. We adored our time and definitely will be back.

   It was a wonderful meal at Mastro’s Miami. The food was superb and the service was equally superior!

   My brother and I went to Mastro’s to celebrate our birthdays. Our waiter was Christian and he was horrible. We ordered the wagyu steak medium rare and it was cold in the middle. We let an employee who wasn’t our waiter know (since we couldn’t find him) and he flagged our waiter. The waiter sent it back to the kitchen and had someone bring it back out, the outside was overcooked and burnt while the middle was still cold. Our waiter didn’t come back to check up on us or follow up. He also never came to refill our drinks. Upset with the experience, I asked for the manager. The manager came and didn’t introduce himself so I didn’t get his name. I shared our experience with him and he didn’t apologize once. He informed me that they’ve been having issues with cooking wagyu steak due to the cut of the meat and it’s something that they were working on but it’s been ongoing. Why would a restaurant have a $200 steak on their menu if they cannot make the steak properly? That’s a waste. After expressing how horrible our service was with our waiter, he agreed and said he would talk to the waiter and left. Our waiter came and asked if we would like dessert and we said no because we just wanted to leave. He came with our bill and he charged us for a birthday dessert. I again had to flag another employee to flag our waiter down. When our waiter came, I told him he charged us for a dessert we never received. He said that it should have been taken out. I told him if he actually paid attention to it then it would have been taken out, the same way if he paid attention to us then he would have refilled our drinks. I asked for the manager again because the service just continued getting worse and he left to get him. The manager never came back out and the waiter just handed the bill to my brother. The whole experience was horrible. I would definitely skip Mastro’s and go somewhere else. 0/10 would never recommend

   I love Mastro’s & every location is amazing! But I did state on my reservation it was for my birthday which they did not write happy birthday on my dessert. I was also charged for it which has never happened before either. When I informed the waiter of it being my birthday he simply said “oh, well happy birthday”. The food was amazing per usual; bone in filet , Mac n cheese, with asparagus & mashed potatoes and crab cakes to die for! The strawberries were mushy and chocolate melted (unsure if it’s suppose to be like that) but I wouldn’t get it again.

   So this is my first time at this location. I had a reservation for 9pm. There is a 15 Grace period. I arrived prior to the end of the Grace period and there was an employee at the door guarding the door saying it's closed and we were not able to come in. I informed the employee I had a reservation and was still in my Grace period time. The employee told us to remain outside and would not even allow us inside. He called a supervisor while still had us waiting outside in the strong winds and not allowing us to come in. A supervisor came out to say he will still honor the reservation. We sat at the table and we both gave our orders about 5 minutes after my order the waiter came back to say there was no more chicken so I was forced to either eat a salad or nothing at all since I do not eat beef or seafood. When I got my chop salad it was full of cabbage and the waiter never said there was cabbage in the salad when I ordered it and specifically asked what was in the salad.The waiter asked if we wanted bread service but due to the hiccups so far the bread service could have been offered complimentary. From the entrance to the mishaps with the food my experience at this particular location was not so great.

    Great experience and beautiful scenery. Loved the singers who were awesome. Food was excellent. I had the best swordfish ever. Can’t wait to go back.
