    Amazing as always! We’ve had Kim as our waitress the last two times we’ve came here and she provides the best customer service she goes above and beyond. She continuously checks on you to make sure everything is good and if you need anything. On top of that she is so kind and sweet! The food was exceptional as always steaks are cooked to perfection, food is hot, everything is brought out in a timely manner. I feel the price of the food and portions are worth what you get. We will continue to come here as we have never had a bad experience.

    We try to visit Matros in every city we travel to and the service is always impeccable. The ambience, the aesthetic everything about it was amazing. I truly enjoy it myself. I never have any problems with the food in the servers are always top-tier. Definitely one of my favorite steakhouses

    When we think of Mastro's, we think of an elevated dining experience. The website itself even specifies a dress code. As anyone could have expected for an elevated dining experience, you would dress up without ball caps or gym clothes. Unfortunately, that was not the case for the Las Vegas location. We were surprised to find the restaurant inside a mall, and the placement of our table felt more like a food court experience. Our server, Sam, was excellent and attentive and made some incredible recommendations. Overall, I prefer the Beverly Hills location where they stick to the dress code. Additionally, if they wanted to let others in who did not meet the dress code, I suggest letting them dine in a different restaurant area.

    This is become one of our favorite places in Vegas to visit. Every trip we eat here and we always eat at the bar. Mike, the bartender, is beyond amazing. He is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He really epitomizes the word Service when you eat in a restaurant. Viada Stojanov, the wine director and manager, really cares about service and ensuring the customer has a great experience. Well done, gentlemen, you have earned loyal customers.
