Mastro's Signature Warm Butter Cake
Chilean Sea Bass*
Lobster Mashed Potatoes
Loved the wagyu tomahawk and they were able to cook it well done. It was very soft and tasty.
Birthday dinner for 3. Very elegant
Fairly disappointed this time around. I've been to this location and some of their other locations in Scottsdale, Denver, Chicago and Los Angeles. This, by far, was not as great as usual.
Service was slow and not as attentive. No personal introduction. In fact, didn't get Server's name until I saw it on the check. Really just quite forgettable on the Service end.
Food was good overall. Seafood Tower was the star. Great job on that and although they priced at $385, it was worth every penny. Entrees were all good. Steaks were cooked perfectly. What are usually out of sight, the sides (lobster mashed, asparagus, truffle gnocchi and creamed spinach) were quite underwhelming...lacked seasoning and not prepared per usual specs. They comped a butter cake for a birthday at the table which was nice and always delicious. Sadly, had to wait for plates and utensils. And, our Server was pulling those things from other tables on his way to deliver them. Thought this was a strange practice in the days and times we're living in.
Sadly, I'm not sure if I'll be back to this location with so many other great places in and around Las Vegas...
I HAVE DINED AT THIS MASTROS OVER 50 TIMES I AM A LOCAL VERY LITTLE RECOGNITION OF LOCAL WHO DINES MID WEEK with large groups
2.50 FOR BREAD YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME
I walk in and want a drink nobody is in the high tops i had to press to sit and wait to buy my 25.00 martini please advise
Excellent, as one would expect! The food is always a treat, and the exceptional service always completes the experience. A couple of must have's when you visit: Shrimp Cocktail, the Atomic Horseradish, ice cold and perfectly prepared Martini's and Lemondrops, and the Chilean Sea Bass. Always amazing, regardless of the preparation. Highly recommended!!
Food was excellent!!! 6oz filet was so tender and very flavorful. Good portion sizes. Service was great
The directions to find the restaurant were a bit confusing, however the food and service were outstanding.
Everything was wonderful from the time of arrival to leaving. Worth every penny.
George was our server and he was amazing! The food was amazing!!! Everything just was perfect!
Service was horrible the manager helped the server when bringing food to the table and he dropped cheesy macaroni on my dress, it was a disaster. I had to send the steak back it was so bloody and disgusting. Service has really when down.
World class meal prepared to perfection. Best and biggest lobster I’ve ever had. Plus a wonderful touch of birthday desert for my fiancé on the house. REALLY enjoyed our experience.
Definitely a nice restaurant for fine dining! Even though we ran out of time and could not dress up we didn’t feel uncomfortable. The only thing is the distance for the bathroom and to get to valet, I would feel very sorry for a woman with heels.
I just expected more all around. It wasn’t bad.... but other Mastro’s locations have been unforgettable!
Very nice location, seating was comfortable, enjoyed the whole thing.
I come here a lot and I love the food and the service but the dress code definitely needs to be addressed, hoodies and just really bad taste . I would think it would be classy dress .
Great place, great value when you’re in Las Vegas!
Loved it. Awesome service and great food.
Excellent food, tuxedo waiter/waitresses, great service; but very loud music with speakers directly over the tables. If we go again, will ask for table on railing or outside the wooden dome.
Well, we will never be back here again. We've been here before, and, despite it being wildly overpriced, my wife and I decided to make a reservation to celebrate our 19th anniversary. We let the restaurant know about the reason for our dinner, and were greeted with a "Happy Anniversary". This was on a Tuesday night. The restaurant had many open tables, and some were filled after we were seated. I guess they thought that we might like the worst table in the house. So they sat us directly next to the wait station, where the wait staff enter the orders into the computer, and where they congregate when not serving the diners. So the entire night, we had a minimum of three wait staff, talking and laughing, directly into my ear. It was not at all intimate, private or otherwise comfortable. You would think that with many open tables, they would try to make an anniversary somewhat special by seating us at a nice table. But they didn't.
The food is overpriced. But far more upsetting is that this is a place., like many in Vegas, that simply thinks it doesn't have to do anything to attract repeat business, because of the steady stream of tourists. We are locals. We go out to very nice restaurants once a month, though not always to the Strip. Precisely because the restaurants on the Strip like this one simply don't appear to care whether you ever come back again. Be prepared to drop $400-$500 on dinner for two for a feeling like that. If you live here, it is rather insulting.
So, we won't be back. There are other restaurants that are far more concerned with their customers' experience than this one.
The food and the service are always amazing here!
Awesome experience and awesome food!
Waited about 15 minutes past our reservation time. Overall excellent food and service.
This restaurant was definitely 5 star dining. There service was superb. The food was magnificent. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
The evening started with us being their on time and being asked to wait. Now they have a stipulation in their reservation times that “if you are more than 10 min late to your reservation you will be charged via credit card on file.” With that being said there was no stipulation or trying to forgive when they were over 10 min late putting us to our table. The food was mediocre at best with us having the Filet 8oz, sautéed shrimp, and lobster tails. It looks cooler from outside looking in and even then they had a member of their staff screaming and yelling as he I’m assuming for fired on Valentine’s Day. What a beautiful love story on how this food was the worst part about my Valentine’s Day.
Best Food and atmosphere in Vegas , food great Atmosphere
Reservations for 615pm arrived 6pm seated 625ish. We pleased with service and food however we came there 1 month before couldn't get in because my husband had and wind suit with 700 shoes on . But Valentines night had absolutely no dress code. We was disappointed in seeing this. 😔 being my foot was broke last time we were turned around. 😢 I'm a local and love this place we spent 300 with tip .
I had the grilled sea bass and it was amazing... the Lobster mashed potatoes were a great addition to my entrée...
Valentines Day is probably not the best time to go. I have been there many times and the food was amazing, so we went for Feb 14th. This time my scallops were bad (not taste) actually bad spoiled. I had to spit it out into my napkin. I let the waiter know and she suggested the shrimp which I tried and it was good. The steak was perfect and I love the lobster mashed potato as a side. This time I had 2 bites of the mashed potato's and both bites had penny size shells. I skipped the rest since I did not want to chip any teeth or choke in front of a lot of people. The service was great and the place was full and bustling. The check came and I was charged for both the scallops $39 and the shrimp. I can understand the charge for one or the other but not when the food cannot be consumed. I paid and left. I will also be back because this is the only time in 30 visits that both the food and service was not 100%.
After our 2nd visit to this restaurant within a few years, I enjoyed the food better the 1st time. The atmosphere was great. The service was great. Eventhough the presentations of our dishes were nice, the food was bland/underseasoned. My wife's chicken had a nice crisp & juicy but slightly underseasoned. My Snake River wagyu tomahawk ribeye looked great but was tasteless, tough and fatty. That's unexceptable for a $115 steak. Not sure if this place deserves a 3rd visit.
Everything was great, food, service, atmosphere, went for V-day
It was perfect. I was able to relax and enjoy the food and drinks. And they brought me a desert for our anniversary. Perfert!!!!!
Wedding Anniversary and Valentine’s Day
This is our second time at Mastro’s inside of Aria/Crystals. Even though it was Valentine’s Day and they were busy, I feel that the quality of the food was much much lower than I expected. It was better the first time we went, but still not spectacular. We’ve spent $300 on meals before and have always felt that it was worth it, but not this time. The filet was burnt and over cooked - not medium rare like we had ordered. Lobster Mac and Cheese was disappointing - cheese is only on top so on the bottom half of the dish, you’ll just get plain elbow macaroni with no flavor. Scallops were good. Lobster Mashed Potatoes were good. Service was good- our waiter was attentive and never left our wine glasses empty. However, we likely won’t be coming back. Will be looking for another go-to restaurant for when we want to splurge on these special occasions.
Had a great time everything was perfect !! Get the bone in Kansas City steak !!
Food was amazing!!!! You enjoy each and every bite. Waiters are pretty stuck up so they tend to have a very sarcastic attitude. Thankfully the food overweighted the bad. Steak was just perfect.
Mash potatoes were disgusting, the service was really bad. Manager was so rude when I told him the mash potatoes were to liquid and he kept arguing with me instead of apologizing and getting me new ones
We spent over $300 for two people and this includes 3 drinks we had. They charge for the bread basket which should be complimentary considering the prices of the menu items. The food was good but very overpriced.
Visited for the first time on Valentine's day. Lobster bisque is the best I've ever had. They have a full menu of wines and decked bar. Martinis were well made just right! I ordered the blackened salmon, sauteed sparagus and garlic mushrooms. Everything tasted so delicious! Ambiance was great not so loud and romantic setting.
The service was excellent and the food was great.
Good food but very noisy.
