Food and service are always excellent. It is expensive compared to other similar restaurants. This last visit our gluten intolerant party received gluten despite assurance by server (guessing cross contamination) which made her I'll and ruined the experience.

My problem with this place is that is very inconsistent. One time it is excellent then when you go back it is terrible! I don’t know why I continue to go because for the price it should be excellent every time. My KC strip was terrible and my wife’s sea bass was terrible. The drinks were very good. Management needs to get their stuff together because for the last two years they have been consistently inconsistent, so dine here at your own risk ( it may be fantastic or it may be a major let down). Whatever you do never order the lamb, because it is a dry overcooked mess!!

It what absolutely amazing! Our service was phenomenal and the cocktails and menu specials that they had were Devine! I highly recommend the dream berry cocktail, the sautéed shrimp, grilled asparagus, Lobster mashed potatoes, and sea bass with crab cakes on top!

We were in town to celebrate my partner’s birthday and when we learned that one of our favorite managers had moved back to Las Vegas we knew Mastro’s was the place to dine. We were enthusiastically greeted by the hostess who had been waiting for us to arrive. She showed us to a table Gabe had selected for us. He made a few recommendations on appetizers, entrees and a great bottle champagne, all of which were spot on. When we finished eating there was a special Mastro’s butter cake with ice cream and a candle for my partner’s birthday. And since he doesn’t like attention drawn to him, the staff respectfully skipped the singing. Overall a 5-Star evening! Thank you, Gabe and Summer, for a great time in Las Vegas! See you next time we’re in town!

I asked the hostess to sit us inside the circle area, she said that’s for VIP people and I asked what’s the definition for you for VIP she explained “high end people.” I observed as I was dining who were the VIP/High End people were and it was all naked ones being seated there and apparently they have dress code. We were all disappointed and disgusted of the environment.

First off we our host/ waiter was very good. He answered all our questions and pointed out recommendations. But food was not the best Roasted Brussels sprouts were just charred and burnt, asparagus was just warm & hard. The lobster Mac n cheese was ehhh. Lobster was so over cooked it was rubbery. Didn’t complain much and our host comped us two very nice & tasty desserts. We probably won’t go back, bill was better than $600 for eight of us, due to some of us sharing.

Have visited many times and my food was mediocre. I have a few food sensitivities and a fish/seafood allergy. The server was terrific and acknowledged my allergies and I felt confident that there was no cross contamination. However, my chicken was rubbery and not well seasoned and although my husband and I split the chicken entree there was WAY TOO MUCH FOOD! Portion sizes are too big and there was a lot of waste at our table. The other couple in our group enjoyed their food but again - were unable to finish their entrees. Server was excellent

This was the first time we were seated in the tree house and we loved it--it made for a cooler atmosphere and it was easier to talk. Our server, Nick was attentive and knowledgeable and gave us just enough time to enjoy our meals and relax a bit.

All the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Steaks were a bit bland, wouldn’t recommend. Service started out great, but waited 45 min when we were done with our food for a check. The last part of the dinner, really bummed our experience.

I didn’t get to enjoy the true experience due to someone in our party having a seizure at the table. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the process. As soon as the seizure occurred they were at the table about to serve our food. We had to wait for ambulance and then once cleared was asked if we wanted our food boxed up. We didn’t want to waste our food but and our server stated the food was under a warmer and wasn’t cold. Needless to say the food was cold and due to the resorts not having microwaves it’s pointless to box food up. Although we didn’t get the full experience I would still recommend.

Nick is the newest manager at this location Mastros. He made are experience impeccable!!! From when we sat down until the bill. Service was 5 star treatment. The waiter of the evening was phenomenal he was super educated in every dish! You’d think he has culinary background!!! We ordered the special Australian Waygu, cream of corn side along with garlic mash potatoes and cream of spinach. For appetizer table shared the calamari which had a sweet chili sauce super delicious and also a Ceasar salad which was large enough for a group of 4-6 people. It was a large serving. We ended the night with a butter cake! Sooo yummy. As a local this is a place is top 10 steakhouses for sure

Unfortunately, it was not an enjoyable meal. The Chilean Seabass was so thin. Over cooked with no flavor. Never have I seen Chilean Seabass so thin. The bake potato was ice cold. Had to send it back. Our steak was good. Not great Our server was very good. The location is in a mall. We were very disappointed about sitting looking a shops. It was very noisy. Would not recommend this location. We have always enjoyed other location in California and Scottsdale. Never would have thought we would have a horrible experience as we did.

Steak was cooked to my liking and and the service was great! You get a great pour of wine here and the Brussel sprouts are great - very crispy! They will do half portions of sides which is great if you are a single diner.

This was our first visit to Mastro’s and it definitely won’t be our last. The food and service was top notch. The New England Clam Chowder and Scallops were wonderful.
