    Food is mediocre. Service was below expectations for a steakhouse. Having my steak come out with my appetizer at a restaurant your paying $100s for a meal is ridiculous.

    Our waiter Eddie took great care of us, the steak filets were cooked medium-well, the sauteed asparagus was just right, and the lobster mac-n cheese was great. We will be back again.

    I’m a regular at this location. Unfortunately, the last two visits my steak was very undercooked for what I asked for. This time I didn’t send it back. I ate what I could. The service was great. Due to this experience, my visits will be fewer or none for the rest of the year. My 375 bucks was not valued

    We had a group of 6 celebrating my husband’s birthday and it happened to be our first disappointing Maestro’s experience. It took 20 minutes to get cokes for 3 people on the table. We had asked them to chill our coke bottles 40 minutes in advance because we knew that Maestro’s doesn’t refrigerate their bottles of coke. We are guessing they didn’t chill them as we requested or they forgot so we had to wait 20 minutes for our drinks which arrived after the appetizers. Then three of our filet mignons were terribly overcooked when we had requested medium well which the waiter assured us would be pink throughout. It wasn’t. They were well done and butterflied when we had never even requested them to be butterflied! The waiter never checked on us to ask how our steaks were, in fact, he never came at all after our steaks came. On top of all this for some reason Mastros in Las Vegas doesn’t honor the Landry’s select club card. When the waiter did finally show up AFTER our meals were finished we mentioned that our steaks were overdone, and he just offered a simple apology. It was a disappointing experience for the money spent, especially when Mastros is usually so much better than that.

    This was the worst lobster I have ever had. I go to Mastros all over the place and the food was not that great. Service was good .

    Everything was good except for the Brussels side order; not what I expected based on the menu description. Service was exceptional!
