Mastro's Signature Warm Butter Cake
Chilean Sea Bass*
Lobster Mashed Potatoes
Great experience. Will be visiting again
Disappointing. Were sat a table in the middle of heavy traffic, with a few near collisions next to us. Waitress was impatient and seemed bothered to serve us. Filet and lobster mashed potatoes were good, but the swordfish was very dry and lacking in seasoning. They didn’t have the cocktail I originally wanted so got the “spa day” gin cocktail which was so sweet and strong I didn’t even drink it. Would not recommend this restaurant especially for the price.
Service was poor, waiter was arrogant and the food wasn’t near as good as the last 5 times we’ve been. Lobster Mac was over cooked, steak looked like a 6 oz not 8. Seems like prices went up and the food got worse.
Food was out of this world. Had the ribeye, and wife had the lamb chops.
Mastro's Ocean Club is awesome. The food is delicious, the wait staff friendly and efficient and the location is great. Mastro's never fails to delight!
Absolutely delicious. Sea bass and tomahawk steak done to perfection.
Definitely a must for special occasion dinners.
Service was great as they were still accommodating though I was late to my reservation. However for some reason the food wasn’t as good as usual, though I am willing to try again as I love Mastro’s.
Was the best in all areas. Great music to keep things fun. Very inviting and friendly. The food and service was immaculate! Can’t wait to go back when we’re back in town!
Always saw this spot in Crystals when we were shopping, decided to give it a try this trip. It was definitely among the top 5 worst dinner experiences we’ve had in Vegas. Our server was nice, only positive part of the night. Sat at 7 pm, ordered an overpriced salad. Wife and I ordered steaks, I the bone in ribeye. Food took much longer than it should’ve, and my steak arrived well done, zero pink when I ordered it medium rare. They took it back, and a relatively short amount of time later came back and set a charred piece of meat in front of me, that was straight rare on the inside. When I showed the person I assumed was a manager, he looked at me like I was speaking a different language. Couldn’t believe it - somehow this place is incapable of providing a steak right in the middle, where 99% of people like it. I said forget the steak - let’s try the pork chop. They most definitely did not get that started right away, because it had to be another 30 minutes before I saw the pork chop. Sat at 7:00 pm, finally got food in my mouth at 8:30 pm, 90 minutes. The pork chop was mediocre, more well done than medium, no pink really at all, but at that point I was ready to eat anything. Check came, and I didn’t ask for it, but was 99.9% sure that they, just like any respectable establishment, were going to completely remove the pork chop and the $15 truffle butter from our order. Nope. They did, however, make it a point to tell me that they took the two steaks they messed up off my order. It was actually on the receipt! Well gee, thanks. Del Friscos, on multiple occasions, has comped our entire meal - paid literally zero for steaks and sides. Go there, Mastros is not it.
Food was not good. I’ve had them many times and was disappointed
Didn’t realize we booked our time that close to closing, but they were very accommodating and the food was amazing. Even gave my husband a birthday cake.
This place no matter what i say i cant give it justice . Its beyond super elegant and super nice .
Our reservation was at 7:00 pm. We were seated at 6:55 pm. The dinner was so slow we did not get out of the restaurant until after it was closed at 10:00 pm. I ordered blackened Halibut and received grilled Sea bass. It was good but not what I ordered and at 9:00 after 2 hours I was not sending back. Another ordered Chilean Sea bass and received Halibut with a Scallop butter topping. Again not what he ordered but was delicious. This is not the place to go for a quiet dinner experience. The noise level is extremely load and the serving staff is so short handed they are literally running around and swiftly walking on a mission to try and keep up. We had two simplistic experiences back in in 2018 and 2019. We are going to hang this place up for a while. We prefer fine dining with a nice mild ambience if we are paying $$$$ for dinner. Vegas has much better to offer.
Unfortunately our entree arrived and we had not finished our starters, at which point the Server advised us WE should have asked for the food to be delayed and it was our issue we had not finished the starters. For a restaurant that charged $400 for two people, I am sorry but etiquette is at least finish a course before you serve the next and not be so concerned about moving us on for the next booking. As an avid fine diner, very poor form!
Was another wonderful visit to the Ocean Club. Great service and all of the food items were amazing - sea bass with scallops & king crab gnocchi with side of rosemary mushrooms (all were perfect). Oysters were good - new person must have been shucking …. But that happens.
Excellent service with attention to allergy issues Marvelous food
Great to see the restaurant nearly full again!
Meal was stellar, service impeccable and ambiance impressive. The entire experience was a win. Mother in law enjoyed the rack of lamb, and the 2 bone In filets were the best we have had. Lobster mashed potatoes are a MUST!
Awesome food, service and drinks! Love the lemon drop and Hennessy sidecar
Though we were seated at a high top table, that put us in Daisy’s area. Excellent recommendations, and exceptional service from Daisy! It was our 40 year “dating” anniversary, and she made it special! The food was amazing, and the desert was incredible! We spent quite a bit on dinner, but the experience was unforgettable!
This restaurant has lost some of its ambiance since the last time I was there. Some of the things I liked about it are no longer available.
What a great experience. Far beyond the exceptional.
Too loud and I felt rushed . Not the relaxing enjoyable atmosphere that I remember from couple years ago. Also the background music is shocking. Again feels like I’m in a club and we are not that old only in our fifties.
Wonderful! Service from Wait staff was excellent. Food was superb. Expensive but worth the price.
Here for WOC early with my Wife as we needed some time and break from all this mess of COVID.
Would be a really great experience if they didn't clear the table in the middle of each course so that they could turn over the tables faster. They want you in and out fast......
We had a high top table for five. Staff was very prompt with our service and had great suggestions for food and drinks. The menu offers something for everyone! Every bite of every main and sides were delicious! Will definitely be back!
All was excelent, the service, the personal ande the food was fine.
They are not ready. They should remain closed until they can properly staff and serve their guests. Food was terrible. Shells in crab cakes, congealed film covering soups, ice cold raw filets, thirty minutesbetween appetizers cleared and entrees served... One of my guests did not even receive their food. And when we brought this to the staff's attention, they were very defensive and unprofessional. I will be contacting Lawry's corporate office.
Loved the architecture of the restaurant, but the service was not what we were used to in Vegas. Very busy, took a while to get our food (over and hour). My fish was over cooked (halibut) but by husband got the swordfish and it was delicious. The Mac&cheese was not creamy at all. The creamed corn was fabulous. The butter cake dessert is well worth it!
The order of food items coming out weren’t right and our steaks needed to be sent back so we could get our soups and salads first.
Service and food was fantastic. Would have preferred a seat other than in the bar
Perfect service at the bar
Always a hit! Big Eye Tuna is the best in Vegas - I’ve tried them all- even their bread basket beats most places ( Even Joe’s)
Swordfish was perfect. Tender, flaky, blackened just right. Filet mignon was also superb.
Splitting a check should not be like pulling teeth. It’s not hard to split a check. The food was decent. I’ve had better experiences at the one in Scottsdale.
Short and sweet. Overall experience 10/10. Will highly recommend.
Great food great service. Very good spot for a dinner date
Amazing service and the food was superb. This is fine dining at its best.
Our waiter Dominic was attentive as was the team helping him. Great drinks, quality and amount of food is well worth the money. They don't skimp on the drinks and under pour like many 'fine dining' places do.
Just an fyi: Crystals Shops have free parking so don't get swindled by the Aria Valet as they''ll direct you to them and then charge you $21 bucks.
