Lovely table on the edge of the dock. Had a great night. Christian the waiter was amazing.

Was there twice within a few days, and both times they forgot items we ordered and those forgotten items were brought out half way through the meal...if it weren’t for that it would be a 5 star rating...

Good food, great outside seating and friendly waiter.

Food was terrible. Very pricey and food quality was a lot to be desired. Steak was tough crab on the tower appetizers was warm even though had ice on the bottom. Lamb was over cooked and taste horrible. Such a waste of $550.00. Never again.

Great place on the water, amazing food and service. Masks are worn and safety distance in use. Highly recommended place.

In three words, I loved it. I love the atmosphere, the location, the food, the waiters and the drinks. It was our birthday (2 sisters sharing the same day but 4 years apart). One of the Hostess, gave us a deliciously tasting cake to share it was a major surprise, I love it.

Made our reservations three weeks in advance. We waited 45 minutes for a table. Service was slow, part of our order did not come. By the time it did come we had finished our meal. Overall not a good experience

Anniversary

We had a 7:30 RESERVATION on Saturday April 17. We checked in & were waiting in the front area by the high top tables. It was very busy & we were kept waiting & waiting & waiting. After asking 3 different hostesses what our status was, each time they told me they were waiting for tables to get up & then get cleaned. While we waited we observed horrible enforcement ( none) of wearing masks inside the restaurant. People were coming up to the hostess stand with no masks on & leaning into the hostesses faces while speaking to them & the hostesses said nothing to them. We were finally seated approximately 55 minutes after our reservation - unacceptable. We’re big Mastro’s fans in other cities, but not this one.

One of my best restaurant experiences when visiting FLL. Not only the food is fabulous but the service and professionalism of the employees is outstanding. I can wait to be back in FLL to visit this restaurant again. Highly recommended 👍

We arrived and were seated with a view of the end of a boat and chain link fence. The hostess was loved my and moved us to a much better location with view of water. The food and cocktails were excellent. The server was nice but MiS most of the evening. We weren’t even acknowledged by him for 10-15 minutes after being seated. Drinks took a long time to get. Our meal was delicious. I don’t mind paying for a wonderful meal, but service should come with the price tag. It did not.

Best steak i’ve ever had, all their steaks are wet aged making for a steak that is superb. Need i mention the Butter Cake? Sinfully delicious. Our server Steve was beyond accommodating and super nice. Restaurant manager Julianna was also super nice and treated us like VIPs Can’t wait to come back!

Hard to beat this place on the inter coastal. My wife loves it as do I. Service is always pleasant. Wine to dessert is spot on and the menu is very well done

Incredible dining experience

The service could have been better. Food good, but not as good as the price you pay. Wedge salad has egg, which is odd.

It was our first time dining at Mastro’s. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. We were seated at a lovely table by the water, with a personable server. For an appetizer we shared a shrimp cocktail which was fresh and tasty. I had the Sea Bass and my husband had the bone in filet. (Both delicious!) For sides we ordered the rosemary button mushrooms (yummy) and broccoli. We finished our meal with creme brûlée. We will definitely be back!

Great evening out! Sat on the deck near sunset and the waiters were constantly messing with the electric shades which was obnoxious. The service was mediocre and it was a lot pricier than expected. Food was excellent tho! If you don’t need the water view, I’d recommend the Lobster Bar downtown as it was much better overall.

The food we order was raw. Seafood undercooked they brought it back to table still raw a second time. Everything was inedible and the waiter was so not accommodating

The best part about the whole dinner was our waiter Luis. He was super nice, very well prepared and attentive. The food was OK it was not as good as the one in New York City.

Simply the best

My experience was great food was delicious, I dined outside which was even better. For those who want to have a romantic dinner, go with Mastro’s Ocean Club. You won’t regret it.

The restaurant was very nice. Our server was not that great. I ordered the ribeye medium it came out well done. It took them almost 30 minutes to get me a new steak. My sister ordered broccoli they served her asparagus. She asked for a tea he forgot. But overall, I’d try it again.

Service was horrible. Not much more to say.
