The entire staff was very welcoming. I was a bit hesitant to go to such a nice, upscale restaurant because it felt like we “wouldn’t belong” but the entire staff made us feel like VIPs, thank you. Special thanks to Nicholas, the way he attended to us made our experience perfect. The customized menu for my wife’s birthday was the icing on the cake. Thank you Mastro’s.

We decided to spend Thanksgiving evening here and so glad we did. The service was exceptional, and we very much appreciated the staff's kindness and attention towards two members of our party who are elderly and frail. The food and wine pairing was excellent. I also very much enjoyed the music and voice of the piano player in bar area. I definitely will visit again for both special occasion dining as well as cocktails & hors d'oeuvres at the bar.

This is a special place where food is prepared at a higher level than almost any restaurant you will visit. Wait staff is very professional and helpful. Seafood is cooked to perfection. Although it is pricey it is worth the money for an unforgettable meal.

We went on a Monday at 6pm, unfortunately we were told most of the steaks on the menu was “sold out,” which was odd because the restaurant was not crowded.

I had an excellent time at the restaurant. Cierra was an excellent server and made sure we were taken care of at our table. Emma was the entertainment from Beyer Entertainment and has a beautiful voice and entertained my table the whole time we were eating. Thank you Mastros for great service good music and great ambience!!

Our server, Rachel, who has also served us at Flemings is superb. Her attitude, professionalism and commitment to providing 5-star service is unmatched among her peers. The music is excellent, and although not always too loud, it was a bit too loud on 11/15/23. The reception desk is managed extremely well with very professional staff and a real commitment to pleasing customers.

Bread was freshly baked, strawberry daiquiri was delicious, watermelon patron drink (custom no spice) recommended by Antony was perfect choice. 12oz filet well done butterfly cut was cooked to perfection & still soft as butter to the cut. The mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese were so good, trying the corn next! Cheesecake to top it off with the best whip cream I’ve ever tasted. Make sure to come here with an appetite, you won’t regret it!

Tyra and Tiffany were incredible. Very charming and professional with outstanding service. Music was wonderful but was really looking forward to a pianist. Steak was a bit charred but the chef cooked the replacement to perfection. Will definitely return

Food was exceptional. No questions. I was there for the food so overall I was happy. The service, ambiance, music was just okay. We sat in the patio so it was quieter which was what our group was looking for. The live music sucked.. horrific singer. Couldn’t stand the music. Service was the same as other places.. not genuine but who expects that these days especially at these type of restaurants so my expectation level was not that high from the beginning. No parking validation after spending $$$$ which sucks I thought. For the steak, I would actually probably go back though for a special occasion I guess. Compared to other steak houses in DTLA, I do admit they are better.

Réservation was made two days before and still had to wait to be seated after that had to wait 20 minutes to get menus and 45 minutes to get the basket of bread. Steak was over cooked and tasted bland. I will never go back to to that location.

Food was excellent. At this location if you go prior to a concert expect spotty service. They did their best and very nice and food came out fast but even the multiple people trying to service our table didn’t help with some of the promised items then forgotten. Overall, nice dinner in a busy restaurant and we made our concert on time. Convenient walk to Crypto.

I took my mom for her 72nd birthday. My mom loves football so I called ahead of time to ensure we had a table in view of a tv. I spoke with Andy he was amazing. He advised he would reserve a table with the best tv view and offered to print out menus that said Happy Birthday Tia. He also stopped by our table while we were there to check how everything was.

This is such a nice place HOWEVER the CHEF really did a bad job on getting one of our steaks correctly as ordered more than once. HE NOT ONLY GOT THE WRONG TYPE STEAK OUT ONCE BUT TWICE, ONE TIME OVER COOKED AND SECOND TIME NOT COOKED AT ALL- EVEN the waiter was so embarrassed and kept apologizing. The manager and the waiter were nice however the receptionist was rude and it was ODD how no EVER came by to clean the crumbs off the table like they usually do at other mastros we frequent. One of my poor friends left hungry as her steak was finally done right towards the end of our dinner. Frankly- I dont care how nice this new location is - we'll never be returning. The table side service that should've been of high caliber was worse than going to a local black Angus.
