   Absolutely Amazing! The whole experience was too tier. Our server Chelana was absolutely amazing and the piano player was like listening to a radio. She was the best! My wife and I were celebrating here award that she received from her job, and we started off with the Dream & The Hennessy SideCar (with dry ice for the bubbles), and we ordered the Bone in Rib-eye streak and a rack of lamb chops….oh, and I can’t forget the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Delicious! We are for sure coming back soon.

   We were celebrating my daughters birthday and informed them about it the day we made the reservation, and on date of reservation, the hostess did not even mention or ask if any special seller celebration no special attention was made just feel like any ordinary day.

   The food and service, as always, are top notch. The place was packed on Mother's Day, and the music was really loud which detracted from our convos. But other than that, the rest of the evening was really great! The cost with great food, drinks and dessert came out to about $150 per person.

    The staff/ host were rude and set families before me that arrived after me. The restaurant opened at 2 and I got there at 1:30 . The groups they set before me and another family had just arrived when the doors open. (And yes we had a reservation)

    Horrible service. Went for my Birthday before a laker game. Requested a high top in the bar and was sat in a quiet room. Took 40 mins to get a drink. Had to leave for game before food arrived. Restaurant completely overbooked themselves and couldn’t serve the people that were sitting. Horrific bday experience and we are huge Mastros fans.

    Server Richard was THE BEST. Everyone at Maestros who served should take notes from him. My mother was visiting from Hawaii and she was celebrating her 60th birthday with her grandson and our family. The food was top notch and our drinks were so delicious! It’s not often you have a server who has tried all items on the maestros menu as well as all the cocktails! We appreciated his service and attentiveness and kind caring attitude! Truly made my mom’s birthday special with the fantastic service we had!

    Food was outstanding. The Mastros salad was amazing. The Lemon Drop Martini was terrific and my NY Steak was second to none! Service with Merica was spot on. Definitely will be my go to dinner spot for my Kings Games.

    Our party of 7 had a wonderful dinner. Chris was our server and he was fantastic. The food was great and everyone enjoyed a very pleasant evening. There was a little concern regarding the loud live music. We were seated at the furthest booth from the music, and Chris could not hear us when we were ordering. We asked them to lower the volume and I think they tried. Also, I think $30 for valet parking next door is a bit high. We will be back again.

    We had an amazing experience at Mastros before a LA Kings game yesterday. Our service by our waitress Ciara was absolutely unbelievable. The food was delicious and they served us quickly in order for us to make it to the game on time. I highly recommend Mastros, and particularly this location! 10/10

    Was some of the worst service I have had in a vary long time. Seen our waiter 3 times in a full 3 hour dinner service. Had to as multiple people for a second round of drinks. No one to clear plate’s between courses. The runners that brought the next course out needed to take our plates away. Was vary disappointing for a $400 plus meal.

    I will start by saying I love Mastros and have been to serval locations. However, this may have been my least favorite experience. Once we sat, it took a while to get a menu. When our server finally came with menus, we felt rushed to order because he immediately asked for our drink order but didn't provide us with a cocktail list. We placed an order for calamari and never received it. The server wasn't very attentive. We were also there to celebrate a birthday, which was not acknowledged. Overall not the best experience service wise but the food is always amazing.

    The service in the bar is horrible. They only have two servers for about 20 tables. The Hamachi was not fresh had to send back. The pork chop came out raw. They forgot our drink order for 40 minutes they forgot to put in our to go order and took another 35 minutes after our meal to get it, then they charged us for that sent back Hamachi we go to Mastros at least twice a month and it was the worst experience we’ve had we will go back, but we will not sit in the bar area again to eat dinner

    Great spot. But the whole experience was ruined when my wife didn't get her birthday cake even tho we made a reservation specifically for her birthday.. The waiter was very professional and upsold us a very salty aus rib eye stake without telling us that it was a $180 stake, despite the fact that all stakes in the menu are $60-80. Overall impression: not worth $700 check for 2 people..

    They brought the bread parts of it was very stale and old. Food took for ever to get to us and was extremely salty. Everything was salty. Not to mention you come there spend all this money and have to pay $40 for parking. I love all the other Mastro they are great this one didn't meet the expectations
