    Our first time at Mastello.Started with the Beef Carpaccio, Delicious!! French Onion soup was one of the Best we have ever tried, we go out to a lot of restaurants!! Chilean Sea Bass was cooked perfect, I wish they would serve with a jasmine rice instead of mashed potatoes, I don’t think fish & mashed go together. My husband had the cacio pepe pasta…. a Delicious Dish!! Super Cheesy & Buttery!! We made reservations Christmas & New Year’s Eve , it is that Delicious!!

    First time finding this well-kept secret. Easy open table experience. Lovely table and, WOW, the service we received from Ben was impeccable. I’m a difficult customer who’s had some terrible experiences since moving from KC. We can’t wait to go back and see Ben again and experience the chef’s culinary delights. Sshh don’t tell lest we not be able to get in next month!

    The waitress didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the menu, but the food was very good. Price point is a bit high for the level of service/food, but overall quite enjoyable. Only note on the food - the burrata app would be so much better with some seasoning. Any seasoning.

    Wow what a place! I’m new to the area and decided to check this place out with some friends. The moment I stepped in I knew we made a great decision. Everything was absolutely perfect. I don’t say that very often. We had a wonderful server and she did a great job and everything just flowed perfectly. Presentation, quality of food and professionalism with all employees was just how a perfect place should perform. Seriously for me this is the best restaurant in the area. I’ll be back often, very often! There’s nothing I would change. Thanks to the entire staff. Your professionalism, timing and always one step ahead was noticed. Thank you very much!

    Two good experiences and this third one bad. Waited for drinks for 30 minutes. Manager said bar backed up but didn’t personally help. Lasagna for $32 was average. Food slow too. Too bad. First two experiences good. Need more help. I was going to bring my family at holidays. Will not meet our LA standards.

    For the prices they should not allow super casual dress like like hats and sleeveless shirts for men, fort myers needs a high end steakhouse but need to set a dress code As we were there for a special occasion and mom didn’t like the hats guys were wearing while eating

    The food was really good and our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The only reason 5 stars was not given is that the overall ambiance did not feel as upscale as we would have expected when paying $200 for a dinner for 2 people.

    Loved this place! Menu so great we ordered way too many items and all were amazing! Owner came over to check on us and noticed a hadn’t eaten much of my entree. Asked if I didn’t like it and I explained I simply over ordered, check comes out 30 minutes later and that item was “comped”, without any fan fare or conversation. My new Fort Myers favorite!

    Happened to notice this restaurant while we were in town...made a reservation and have to say it did not disappoint. The steak was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was lovely and very clean! This will be our new restaurant when we come back for the winter. The owner introduced himself to us and was very personable. Can't wait to go back!!

    Expensive, but worth it. A great meal in a classy surrounding. Now if we can just get their bar to stock Southern Comfort (for a Southern Comfort Old Fashioned) and white creme de menthe (for an after dinner Stinger on the rocks), it would be perfect.

    The food was great!! Definitely will come again but not often because it was a bit pricey. I would definitely recommend making a reservation before you go because it was quite crowded.

    The owner greeted us at the door, and welcomed us. He later checked on us and our meal quality and thanked us when we left. Martin, our server was great and they accommodated a special request to alter the dish on the menu. Very happy with our experience.

    Open Table find near our Friday concert event. Food was great, creative menu and well prepared. But our biggest take away was the service, specifically our waiter. Such a great job and so patient with me as I questioned the wine list. All and all a great experience. It's 30 + miles from where we live, but we'll definitely be back!

    Overall very good, we were hoping for a twice baked or at least a baked potato ( dads favorite) also we would have ordered the octopus but seemed maybe spicy so we decided on a pasta split for app and oysters Needs some art on the walls Very dry space but will be back would like to see some more specials also Ciao!!

    My filet was cooked to perfection…seared rare. The Caesar salad was amazing…the dressing was light & flavorful. My only complaint were the truffle fries appeared to be oven baked & frozen variety….i guess I would have thought they would be fresh cut potatoes. Espresso crème brûlée was tasty with a good amount of brûlée.
