So sorry this is the last night for Masso at the Red Rock Resort. Truly, our favorite restaurant in town. Hopefully, Scott Conant will consider another restaurant in Vegas. Having traveled extensively and eaten in Italy, his food will be missed.
3rd time eating there, very nice.
Wish they had more "economical" wines by the bottle. Only critique...
Amazing restaurant. Too bad it’s closing.
Service is good but the food was disappointing. I was expecting a more traditional Italian food experience and I'm not sure how to classify what we got. And the pricing is way too high.
We had another outstanding dining experience. For a Friday the bar area was a bit noisy. However, our food and service more than made up for the young folks trying to be heard above the music.
Unfortunately, the restaurant is closing. Scott Conant’s nearest surviving restaurant, Scarpetta, will be in the Cosmopolitan. For us locals that avoid the strip we will have to man-up to fight the tourists and traffic. I think his unique food/dining experience will make it worthwhile.
Our order consisted of three cocktails, one glass of wine and the tasting menu for two. With tip it came to around $250.00. Well worth it if you are interested. Just plan on taking leftovers. I doubt you’ll be able to finish all the servings. But! Leave room for dessert. You won’t be disappointed.
Every element was spectacular!! The asparagus soup was out of this world. It truly is a shame that this restaurant is closing.
Great place and food is always amazing!! Grazie!!!
Sad to see this place close down, was my wife's and I's favorite dress-up restaurant in Summerlin
We went for our 45th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful evening. We went with the tasting menu which was extraordinary. I'd recommend it for a first visit.
One last visit before they close. Great as always, will miss it.
Everything was excellent. Flavors are balanced on our dishes and nothing was bland
Had 8:15 reservation for mothers day. Appitizers were great, when informed waiter we were ready to order main course, we were informed kitchen was closing in 5 minutes, very disappointed not informed when reservation was made, when we checked in, or at any time during appitizer service.
Food was amazing, but service left something to be desired.
Great restaurant with lovely ambience. Our server was a little slow this time, but the food and atmosphere is superb. Love this place!
We had a table by the fountain pool, it was wonderful!
A great restaurant with amazing ambiance. Had a wonderful server, Stephanie, take care of us and accommodated my wife's dietary choice with great vegetarian options. Love the food, definitely will be back.
Our family came here for Mother’s Day today for their brunch. We were seated right away and waiter was very prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. We placed our order and received the appetizer fairly promptly but then waited almost 2 hours for the rest of our food. The waiter was very embarrassed and tried to bring over drinks. We had two children with us and luckily they were VERY patient but were getting hungry. We asked to speak with the manager who admitted that they were having problems but did not say exactly what. Our whole bill was comped but it still was a disappointing Mother’s Day experience. It was too bad since the food was good. The waiter asked for us to give them another chance on another day but maybe only if it was the only restaurant available in town.
Horrible service, below average overpriced food, and rude waitress! I would not recommend this place to anyone! The only thing this restaurant has going for it is the location, and that’s all. Stay away!
Where to begin, we went for brunch & I do understand it was their first time doing brunch but the service was horrible. We ordered a New York steak with eggs (which was burnt) you could clearly see it was burnt. I ordered regular scrambled eggs & got egg whites Instead. My little sister ordered two eggs any style as well but without the stake & her food took an extra 30 min to come, a long with our toast with no butter. Our server by the way we only saw a few times & was not around when we needed him. We finally saw him & asked for some salt & pepper, the salt is served in a small open container since it’s big chunks of sea salt, since it was for our table we used our fingers to grab it to make it easier to dissolve. Later our server came & asked if he could take the salt & pepper and we said yes thinking he was taking it to the back to dump out but instead he get it to the table next to us, which was unsanitary in so many levels. The only person we thank is the manager, poor girl looked stressed out, we did complain to her, she apologized & comped two of our drinks and my little sisters breakfast. Overall experience was horrible. Sucks because the view and patio was so nice & elegant
The food was excellent, especially the creamy polenta. I would recommend the tasting menu. Service was a little slow and disorganized.
Pleasantly surprised! I'm not a fan of restaurants in a casino but Masso Osteria is a rare gem! Easy access (restaurant valet parking just a few steps from the restaurant)...outdoor seating (a beautiful pool fountain buffered the dining area from the busy traffic) and the service was attentive but allowed us to have conversations with each other without interruption. If you want to have an amazing waiter...ask for Jason! Would I recommend Masso Osteria....Absolutely! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we're setting up a dinner for 16 friends during the Christmas holidays in May!
Pricey place to eat pasta, but very nice and relaxing. Comfortable dining outside with friends I would return to try more dishes. Service was well-timed and friendly.
We had a very enjoyable time. Dinner was scrumptious! I had the Branzino which was very good! Looking forward to coming back!
At the start of our evening, the sommelier brought us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. So very nice & thoughtful. Service was excellent without bothering us too much, as we were enjoying an evening with friends. Our appetizers were large enough to share and tasty. Main course was delicious. Had after dinner drinks at the bar and the bar staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. This is one of our favorite places.
Ben and the Team at Masso, deliver exceptional service, great food, great wine list, and a great overall experience.
Ben thank you for your attention to detail, and Sunday Night 50% Off Wine Nights :)
A wonderful meal with excellent service. We shared both the tomato salad and meatballs as appetizers, and they were great. For our main course, we both went with pasta, with one having the tagliatelle bolognese and the other having the black tagliolini with spicy lobster. Both were fantastic.
This was our second time at Masso and it was just as fantastic as the first time. This time we tried the chef's tasting menu. It was outstanding and the for the price it was a great value. We got to try some superb cuisine and had leftovers to take home for another meal or two. We ate on the patio and have never had such a relaxing meal. Because we live on the other side of town, we don't get to come to Masso very often; but it is definitely in our top 3 places to eat.
Amazing pasta- meatballs are divine. Patio is so soothing and pretty. Had an excellent dinner with friends.
Massive is one of our new favorites in Las Vegas. The food & service is always excellent. The prices are on the high side, but we think it's worth it.
This was one of the best meals we've ever enjoyed, both here in Las Vegas and throughout the US & Europe. We decided on the tasting menu + wine pairing, and from the first sip to the final bite all senses were satisfied. Our waitress (Name? Sorry! ) and sommelier (Ben) provided a *TOP-LEVEL* dining experience, bested only by the one and only Scott Conant himself. His presence was felt throughout our meal, including individual recommendations based on our likes and dislikes. A special meal and a special night indeed! Thank you all for making it so special. We went for Mother’s Day dinner and it was awesome great service, amazing food and quiet atmosphere.
Family get-together. We all loved our food, even with the bug in my niece’s Caesar Salad (think it just flew in there, not from kitchen). Service was spot-on and we’ll definitely return!
All aspects of the meal were excellent. My wife and I had appetizers, pasta and dessert. Everything was delicious and the amount of food was just right. The prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend the restaurant.
Servers need a lot more training. Teach them the meaning of being attentive.
To the entire staff at Masso, this is about our 4th time since the opening, locals like us, love the pation on warm srping and summer nights.
Ben the Somallier is just great, we always love talking to him, and Ben thank you for the knew education on Amaro, really cool.
The food is really great, and the service is first rate.
You Guy's Rock!!
We stopped by here before we were going to a movie for a quick bite. The service was outstanding and the two dishes we had were amazing, The octopus and the DOCG pizza. perfect quick bite duo.
The food and wine were a fabulous combination. Ben the sommelier was very knowledgeable and we appreciated it very much. Thank you. We had a wonderful experience and we will return. Next time we will purchase your excellent pasta sauce.
Amazing service/delicious food/beautiful scenery with outdoor seating/helpful sommelier
Nice wine list. Great food options. Portions fairly large. We brought home lunch for next day. Atmosphere can’t be beat. We will be back.
Nothing to say on the negative side. Our server, Charles, was outstanding. The food was excellent. The ambiance was superb! Love this place. We will be back.
