Food was great. Outdoor seating nice, but parking lot view not good. Food Channel on every tv, really?
Food and service was great. My only complaint is that it was very loud while we were there so it was difficult to have a conversation.
Took my husband for Fathers Day who normally doesn’t care for Italian food and lived this restaurant.
AMAZING. Went to dinner with my husband, mom, and in laws. Only issue was noise level, but everything else was spectacular. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Really great food and service! Server fully knowledgeable about menu. good pace of meal. Loved the patio and the bar.
It was our first visit and did not disappoint. Will definitely be at the top if our list and we will return
This was our first trip to Masso, and will won’t be our last! Everything was spot on from the minute we arrived! Food and service were both beyond amazing!!!
Knowledgeable waiters, decadent dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the open atmosphere and the homemade pastas.
A great place....superior customer service followed by a wonderful meal that my Nana could have prepared herself
Amazing food, the steak tartare and pasta dishes were delectable! And dessert was scrumptious.
Very nice restaurant with an excellent wait staff.
I have been to this restaurant three times and have been disappointed on all three occasions. Don’t ask me why I have gone back two times since my first experience. I thought I should at least give it one more chance, and then one more chance, to see if the food got any better as the restaurant was open longer. As in baseball, three strikes and you’re out! BTW, did I mention that everything at this restaurant is overpriced, and particularly the wine. You pay Las Vegas Strip prices for the wine at this restaurant. It’s just not what I would call a “locals“ restaurant. I suggest going next door to Hearthstone or Libre, or take the short walk through the casino to T-Bones.
We sampled a variety of appetizers, entrees and deserts. All good.
Best Garlic Bread ive ever had … recommendations by the staff was spot on. Meatballs were not what I was expecting but the sea ball and tagliatelle was superb !
The restaurant that was there before, Salute had delicious food. Not sure why you would replace that with mediocre food.
My husbands veal parmagan was so bad, they took it off our check. My fish was a bit smelly. The short rib appetizer is outstanding. But that's about the only good thing . There are no good American wines on the menu that are affordable.
It was OK, mostly meh, although maybe my impression is skewed since I had high expectations.
outdoor dining was a treat..looking at redrock [west] sunset , fountains, and still be able to see NBA finals on TV. Nice way to enjoy the season...
People next to us we insufferable but everything else was divine
I will be back however, It was our Anniversary and a big bday and although the staff was aware, no acknowledgement of it which was a little disappointing.
Loved our server Lauren from buffalo! Food was fresh and delicious and company and ambiance was excellent!
Everything was amazing! Will definitely come back!
Great restaurant. Courtney was our server and she was wonderful. Attentive, professional and very friendly. Made us all feel at home. Food was great, ambience was fun but not too loud. We sat outside and it is a wonderful place to have dinner. Front desk staff also greeted us with warmth and smiles. Excellent experience!
Excellent food, a Scott Conant restaurant but Chef Emily is great! Good food, and a new spot. Service was good, but will be great as they get some time under their belt. Food was spot on! Tasting menu is superb, without being stuffy or too formal. Just how great food should be presented.
Excellent food. Too many must-haves! My new favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. Seriously!
Good for Foodies, Authentic Italian Food. Rare finds Original as well. Good Cocktails as well as wine list.
Great experience...our waitress Lauren was awesome and some of the best service at any restaurant. The food was great too!
this was our 3rd visit.. it's a nice neighborhood place.. artistic italian menu. fresh pastas..interesting appetizers
I ordered the squid ink rigatoni which was quite salty...
And the server took forever to refill the water.
We will not be coming back.
We were celebrating Mother's Day and our 12th anniversary so I guess there was a special menu for Mother's Day. We first ordered the Stromboli and the Prawns with cous cous. Both were absolutely delicious. The Stromboli had 3 different dipping sauces, a broccoli rabe pesto, garlic and olive oil and an eggplant tapenade. All 3 were great! My 9 and 11 year old loved it. The prawns were cooked perfectly and was accompanied by a cous cous with a wonderful sauce. My 9 year old picky little girl loved it!
For main courses, the kids got the sopressata pizzette which tasted incredible. I ordered the squid ink rigatoni and my wife ordered the cedar plank salmon. While the flavors were great with our respective dishes, I felt my rigatoni was too al dente as my jaw was getting sore chewing. With the salmon, I'm of the opinion that if you're going to serve the fish with the skin on, then that skin should be crispy. The skin was super soggy and not pleasant to eat.
Those were our only complaints. Ordered the mascarpone cheesecake and the kids destroyed it in less than 2 minutes!
Excellent food and service. Special Mother’s Day menu. Waiter very knowledgeable and funny. Was great with our grandson. Will go again!
First time visit after hearing many great things...we were not disappointed. Service was outstanding from entry to our waiter. He knew how dishes were prepared and made good recommendations. We had Recco garlic bread 4.5/5...could have used a little more garlic but still a great bread. Also had the meatballs and creamy polenta both were spot on 5/5. We opted for pasta as mains... spaghetti pomodoro and tagliatelli bolognese. 5/5 for both. Desserts were salted caramel budino and basil chocolate mousse...5/5 for both. Noted it was our anniversary on the reservation and got a little something extra with dessert. Very impressed and will return without any question.
excellent food slow service rated fair waited long time for ice tea refill, collect payment , large groups of people eating seems more staff was needed to rate service the same as food quality
It was an awesome eating experience.
Selected this restaurant for a birthday celebration with good friends. The service was great and the food fantastic. I can’t wait to go back!
I had one of Scots Signature Dishes Pomadora, Outstanding. Will return.
Bar area was full of guys shouting at a baseball game. The terrace was lovely. The food was good but terribly creative. The service was attentive, if overly so.
This a great gem inside the Red Rock Hotel. Try the Pomodoro. It will take you to Tuscany
The reviews on Open Table were better than on other sites, so we decided to give it a try. Scarpetta is one of our favorite restaurants, but this one was frankly a disappointment.
Problem one - There were no 7:00 reservations available on Open Table, so we booked for 8:00, figuring we would still arrive at 7:00 and enjoy a drink at the bar. When we arrived, there were at least a dozen (no exaggeration) tables sitting empty, including five on the outside patio, where we had requested to sit. The hostess offered to seat us immediately, but we had already planned on the drink, so we asked to sit at the bar, which was basically empty.
Problem two - At the bar, my wife ordered a special drink (made with tonic) and I ordered a gin and tonic. The bartender made a point of telling us the tonic was Fever Tree (a premium tonic I actually use at home). Unfortunately, when our drinks arrived, I could tell by looking that the tonic was flat. I tasted my drink and my visual assumption was confirmed. To the credit of the bartender, he made me a new drink with a fresh bottle of tonic. Sadly, he did not offer to replace my wife's drink.
Problem three - After ordering appetizers (Recco style garlic bread, which sounds far better than it tastes and creamy polenta, which was very bland), we asked for a bottle of Prosecco. I feel bad that the server had recently turned 21, but she should have checked on the type of glass to use before bringing the wrong ones and she should have been trained in how to open sparkling wine, which she couldn't.
Problem four - I'm afraid strike three basically put me out of the game. I don't know if it was the actual menu or just me, but I couldn't find anything that appealed to me for my main course. I asked about the tagliata, but it was described as "covered" (as in loaded) with cheese, which appears to be an unfortunate theme, so I decided on osso bucco, which was uninspiring.
Beautiful venue, but there are better choices out there.
