    No nos gustó. Muy caro y el servicio deja muchísimo que desear. Solicitamos muchas veces pan, y no nos traían (si a las otras mesas). Luego pedimos pastas, y Solicitamos queso (tardaron 10 minutos en traerlo). No lo recomiendo. Si bien la vista es hermosa, otros restaurant también la tienen.

    We were there for a very special once in a lifetime occasion. No acknowledgement was made at all. Our table wasn’t ready on time. Our view was good. Service started out great and then sort of completely disappeared until time for the check. Food was quite good, so that was a plus. I found the menu a tad limited since they were out of a few things. Once the check arrived, No attempt was made to explain the confusing taxes and fees on the check. Just overall, I wish I had chosen another restaurant.

    Portions très petites, rien de fabuleux pour le prix très élevé. La vue est superbe et la viande est bonne malgrés tout

    Didn’t come in with high expectations. just wanted good food, a view, and a quiet evening. Massimo’s delivered. Got a great seat, close by the window. No fuss. Custom chocolate lettering on the dessert? Handled exactly how we pictured it. That alone gets points!!! The food spoke for itself. clean, rich, nothing overdone. But the service? That’s what really made the night. Our waitress was incredible. Knew when to check in, knew when to let us enjoy. Felt effortless, but intentional. It’s rare to find places that just get it. We’ll definitely be back. If you're thinking about going go. They won’t need to convince you twice!!

    Chose to come here to celebrate my wife and mine birthday's. Overall started great, good host took us to a good bartender while waiting on table to clear. Everything was good, salads and garlic bread. Ordered a pasta and steak, steak medium rare, they brought both out...pasta was very good...steak was well done. Waitress took it back and then said it would be 15-20 for a new steak....it doesn't take that long to cook a medium rare steak. Finished the pasta...wife still waiting on steak, they send out a runner with warm olives....still no steak. We finally get the steak, cooked to medium, it was fine...but not a 45 min fine. We order dessert and coffee cocktails. Waitress brings the check, no discount for steak issue, birthday meal mess up or anything. I ask the waitress about it to which she says nobody told her it was our birthday, it wasn't supposed to even be her table, and what did I want her to do? She came back with a $60 discount, $78 steak, and said she "took $60 off, how was that?" We never saw or talked to a manager. We heard from an employee that when Massimo is not in the kitchen food and service aren't the best. That's what we experienced. The view is good...but take your hard earned money to a restaurant that wants to give their very best to everyone.

    Fantastic view along with great service. Food was mediocre. We were seated near the bar and a loud group was drinking and were really distracting. The Bruschetta was highly touted and lived up to its reputation but enter was not special at all.

    An overall positive experience with a few quips. The food was not prepared exactly as demanded (received the lamb rack medium even though I had asked for medium rare). There was an error in my wife's order as well. Service was impeccable though.
