Masraff's Ratings and Reviews
Excellent service from the hostess to the bartender to the waiter. Mr Masraff came to our table to say hi. Our waiter was amazing! Food was so good, expensive, but worth it. Loved being able to talk and hear people at my table. Noise level was so low. Hate when you can’t hear the person next to you. Overall very classy place!
Overall, Masraff's was good. The wine list was overwhelming with options (good overwhelm)! The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menus. But unfortunately the food wasn't worth the price. We started with the Glassed Apple Stuffed Coturnix Quail and the Quail was hard to swallow. One bite was too large and you couldn't chew it. For my main course, I had the Filet Mignon with a Lobster Pot Pie. The Pot Pie was to die for!!! Very creamy and delicious. The Filet was a good cut of meat but the chief drenched the meat in a horseradish demi-glaze. I don't mind a good glaze but it over powered the Filet. My fiancé had the Pan Roasted Alaskan Halibut. The Halibut was cooked perfectly and the risotto was delicious as well. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant to others. The price was not worth the food at all.
Mr. Masraff came by our table as usual to ask how everything was. All employees greeted you on the way in and thanked us for coming upon our exit. Food was delicious as always. Service was great. Our only complaint was the cold bread. We ask if they could microwave the bread and the manager said they do not have a microwave so he put in the oven for us. The bread was very tasty but wished it had been warm when brought to our table originally.
I had a small birthday dinner gathering for my mom at Masraff's recently and it was FANTASTIC!! We first started with before dinner cocktails at the bar where the bartender hooked us up with the best craft cocktails. Later we were seated for dinner where James took amazing care of us. The food and the service were GREAT!! It wasn't just dinner, it was an amazing dining experience. To top things off, Mr. Masraff came by to say hello and to wish my mom a happy birthday. It was a great night and my mom was overjoyed.
Thanks Masraff's!!! We will definitely be back.
Great food, wine, and service. Came here for a holiday dinner for work. Everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere and had a great time. We even met Mr. Masraff himself. I would definitely stop by more often if I could afford it - with two $100 bottles of wine, it was about $500 for 5 people.
Masraff's is the one restaurant that we are 99% of the time going to have an excellent appetizer, 2nd course, entree and dessert with them spot on in flavor, temperature, presentation. The service is always impeccable. The atmosphere except for December and specific holidays it is very quiet and reserved, on the before mentioned times it is much louder but not unbearable. A conversation can still be had. We have pretty much everything on the menu here including off the menu and creating my own mix (wanted the tenderloin with the sides from the fish special).
Hands down, good food and great service. Most people in there were business lunch type of people dressed for work. Hubby and I were out on a lunch date while children at school. Excellent place. I’ll let the pics of some of our food speak for itself. Not all my food was photographed because it looked so good I ate it before snapping a photo.
Delicious food, lovely decor, extremely charming host..... Masraff's offers a very special dining experience. There is one regret. I took the waiter's wine suggestion without asking the price, and paid $30 for a 'poor pour', double the average price for a glass of wine on the menu.
