Masraff's is your "Go To" restaurant in Houston. The quality of their service is the best in town. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by Alyssa and she takes you to your reserved table where Leo is waiting to serve you. Their food is how you want it. If you don't like onions, then you don't have to see/taste it in your dish. If you want to substitute a side that you see in another entrée, then you may have it. There is no pretense in this restaurant, they treat you how you would want to be treated, with respect, kindness, and familiarity.
Great staff very helpful and attendant
Excellent service from the hostess to the bartender to the waiter. Mr Masraff came to our table to say hi. Our waiter was amazing! Food was so good, expensive, but worth it. Loved being able to talk and hear people at my table. Noise level was so low. Hate when you can’t hear the person next to you. Overall very classy place!
Consistently excellent food and service. Close attention by Tony and Russ help provide a consistory top-notch experience for diners. Great job.
I was disappointed with the service and the food on his trip. I am a regular customer and it was simply not the normal experience I have. It was not crowded and my entree simply was over-cooked fish and the wait staff was not very attentive.
ONe of our favorite date night places. Delicious food and great service. Nice bar and good tables for a date.
An elegant evening filled with delicious food. Mr. Masraff is the perfect host. We look forward to our next visit!
Two of our six meals were under cooked. Really not what I expected for a $500 meal.
They ran out of Sea bass and steaks
Overall, Masraff's was good. The wine list was overwhelming with options (good overwhelm)! The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menus. But unfortunately the food wasn't worth the price. We started with the Glassed Apple Stuffed Coturnix Quail and the Quail was hard to swallow. One bite was too large and you couldn't chew it. For my main course, I had the Filet Mignon with a Lobster Pot Pie. The Pot Pie was to die for!!! Very creamy and delicious. The Filet was a good cut of meat but the chief drenched the meat in a horseradish demi-glaze. I don't mind a good glaze but it over powered the Filet. My fiancé had the Pan Roasted Alaskan Halibut. The Halibut was cooked perfectly and the risotto was delicious as well. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant to others. The price was not worth the food at all.
