New upscale Indian restaurant in Midtown Miami featuring Michelin-starred Chef. Progressive and Traditional Menu created for the curious diner. Classy ambiance and hyper atmosphere for a fun filled dining experience.
Service was top notch and the menu did not disappoint. The fried chicken appetizer was delicious and the sauce was super flavorful. The garlic naan was the absolute best I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a bit. The buratta had a really interesting flavor profile and was totally unexpected in a delicious way. The butter chicken was extremely flavorful and tender. The sauce tasted like it had been cooking for days. The malai chicken supreme looked plain but was a total surprise. Tender and juicy and the sauce was amazing. Great date night spot!! The staff was gracious and attentive given the current climate.
Food was amazing!! It’s more expensive than your typical Indian restaurant but it’s absolutely worth it.
Wine list could be expanded and offer a better selection.
The waiter and service were most excellent.... our water was consistently filled and our waiter explained in details the various menu items and options. He offered suggestions based on what we said we like...
We can’t wait to go back!!
We are a mixed Indian-American family and we wanted a special place to celebrate Holi. We got a reco for this place and it did not disappoint! Fabulous food and surprisingly fast service too. Wonderful meal.
The food was amazing and service was incredible. We had a great birthday celebration for me fiancé.
I would recommend this restaurant. The food is amazing , great atmosphere and a very attentive waiter. What was not so great was the first table I was given, it was by the kitchen and I asked for a different table. She refused to accommodate us, so I asked our waiter and she immediately changed our table. Problem solved. My only other concern was when we ordered Roti for the table the young girl helping our waiter used her hands to transfer the roti from one plate to another in order to make room at the table, this is definitely wrong and I think she could use some retraining . Otherwise we had a great meal.
Had an amazing experience. Cristiano the general manager makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in through the door. Best Indian restaurant in Miami.
Most delicious Indian food! I went with the family to celebrate a birthday. We ordered a variety of dishes. Some of us are vegan - we had several choices of food available for us and everything was presented beautifully. The waitress was very attentive and the experience was wonderful.
At the end of our meal, they brought us 2 complimentary desserts for our birthday which was a nice surprise. The price is not cheap - we paid $260 with tax and tip for 6 persons - no drinks. However, it was worth it. The place is simply beautiful with great ambiance. I can't wait to come back again.
Amazing. Some of the best, if not the best, Indian dishes I’ve had in the U.S.
Service was a little under par for a restaurant of this level. Wine came really late after placing the food and drinks order... actually appetizer came first. Overall it is a good place but not one that I would recommend.
Excellent service and amazing food definitely recommend.
Beautiful decor with a charming, friendly, welcoming staff and good food.
Outstanding food in a beautiful ambiance! Would definitely go there again.
It was the Valentine’s Day prix fix Dinner menu that was offered that night. The appetizers and entre were good but the main dish I didn’t like. We ordered the vegetarian option, so I was given an eggplant dish. The eggplant was very dry and the cheese was very hard. I really didn’t like it. It was a shame there was nothing else available for the vegetarian meal. Not sure I would go back. The ambience was fine but if the food is not good it makes a difference.
4th visit since the opening of this great restaurant and consistently delicious, great new menu and stellar ambiance. If you’re looking for amazing Indian cuisine, look no further than Maska!
What a wonderful experience. We have not had service this professional in a long time in Miami. The staff and atmosphere were both extraordinary.
Midtown restaurant with an innovative take on Indian cuisine. Skip the cocktails and select wines from a curated list with moderate pricing. Limited selection of beers. The small plates vacant make a varied meal with ample portions. Worth trying are the kebabs including a Wagyu version and lamb dishes including a fine biryani. Breads are good including lamb keema kulcha. Skip the desserts which are unimaginative with skimpy servings. Fills up later in the evening, so an unhurried meal with conversation requires reservations before 7. Highly recommended in Miami, and comparable to Ghee, which is also in the vicinity.
We were the only table on a long weekend Sunday night. The food was good but we found it overpriced. The service was average.
Came second time Saturday night 1/18. While we enjoyed, somehow wasn't the same from a few months ago. The first time everything we ate was unquestionably terrific. Not sure if maybe the chefs changed as happens often in Miami. Nevertheless, the duck dosa tacos were very good, and so were the crab dumplings. The poblano paneer was definitely great and a new item. And the Jack-fruit Biryani was very good no doubt. But as it is we like Ghee at Dadeland more. We were in doubt about this after the first time at Maska however. Our server Shravan both times we've been is the best.
Very creative and delicious dishes. Probably the best Indian food I have ever eaten!
I had the most enjoyable evening at Maska. Although the restaurant was quite quiet at the time of my visit the ambience was very good, with not only excellent attention to detail on the fit out, but the lighting was also just at the right level. The service was second to none with the serving staff being very knowledgeable about every dish on the menu.
The Octopus was a simply incredible starter dish, cooked perfectly and was the most tender Octopus I've ever eaten!
For main I had the signature butter chicken which I would say was more of a blend of a butter chicken and a masala. But with a generous portion of chicken and a very complex sauce, with real depth of flavour, I have to say again it was excellent!
Thank you Maska for a lovely evening, I will be back soon.
We have been to this restaurant twice and have to say that the food is probably the best Indian food I had never had. The appetizers are great, as well as the entrees. We came to their first lunch opening and though things were not so well organized as they had been on the evening shift, the food was delicious and the staff very helpful. They were especially attentive to my allergies and made sure I did not have anything harmful to me. The outside terrace is lovely and the staff are nice about turning the music down out there. I highly recommend the place!
Beautiful place we have been several times. The staff remembers you and are always friendly. The food is really good but I must say we have not tried everything and typically order similar items when we go. The chicken dishes are amazing.
Worst Service ever had at any restaurant
Waiter was so rude and impolite attitude
Mentioned it to the manager , no action was taken or apologizing even !!
The service and the ambience was great but the food was not so good. Everything we ordered was below average and did not even taste like india food. I will never go back to this place.
We are returning customers and MASKA never disappoints. Excellent food that is combination is Indian and fusion flair. Super friendly staff and great service. The manager is extremely helpful and accommodating. Quiet and modern ambiance allowing to carry a conversation. We will be back!
Host was obnoxious. He left my pregnant wife and I waiting while he played with an iPad. He appeared to have an issue with my attire perhaps.
The food was horrific. A goat curry was served with a massive bone and grizzled content. This is a midtown establishment not a slum in Calcutta. My chicken street food starter were essential burnt chicken nuggets.
The whole experience was frightful
Excellent food and not typical mediocre Indian. Equivalent to some of the better Indian restaurants in London we had the pleasure of eating in.
Absolutely wonderful food
Great food and vibe.
Best Indian restaurant in Miami...by far!!!
Just incredible food and service !
If you don’t know anything about Indian Food this place is great. I’m Indian and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. It is an overpriced Indian restaurant with absolutely no authentic taste.
