    The chef or chefs obviously do not taste their food. Everything was just bland. Burger bland, no salt. Other food, other than fries, also bland. No salt. Chicken, bland. No salt. Service was great but the food was not great.

    The food was great. However the service was very sub par. Our waitress was busy but after getting our food she did not come back. We finally asked someone coming by if we could get our check, our waitress then showed up with a “sorry I ignored you” and promptly walked off. The food was really good though. I’d go to a location with better service for sure!

    The WORST service we have had in a long time. Drinks took 30 min, apps almost an hour and then when they arrived it was cold. In order to get drinks and food out we had to ask the manager where our food was.

    Waiter was great, attentive. I ordered tacos as did my friend. Different ones. She had the WTF tacos and the crisp tortilla strips on top were extra salty. That was removed but she didn’t quite have enough meat she said. I ordered the hot honey chicken tacos. That was excellent! Very tasty. Coleslaw was good. The birthday dessert was not the best. The cake wasn’t fully cooked in the center, a little mushy. Ice cream and other things on their was very tasty. It is a good lunch spot if you were around that area, but driving in special like we did? No, sorry,

    The restaurant was extremely warm and no airflow, everyone was fanning themselves with the menus. It was only noon and it was so uncomfortable. The food is delicious and service was great. The waiter said the staff has complained but the manager has not responded to it in a timely manner. Would go back when the weather is cooler.

    Thank you for your review. I assure you we are working on ways to make it more comfortable. Servers have been pre-shifted that all doors and roll-up doors as well as the back door are to be shut at all times when it is 85 or hotter. The fans are on high as well as the AC units are working at capacity. We have had HVAC come and look at all the units and check them. They get serviced regularly and are working properly. I apologize for any discomfort you had.

    The food was good! Chicken tacos has almost zero flavor, but the Chicken Eggs Benedict was amazing! I would go try more there. Service was ok. Our waitress only came to our table twice, was a bit of a downer, and never refilled our drinks. I would go again when less busy!

    Not what we expected - no hostess, filthy floors and tables, seats filled with crumbles, noisy. Dishes felt more like “tapas” as the portions are small for the price. Our server was very good but it doesn’t compensate for the rest.

    The first thing you smell when you walk in is sewage. Hostess was nice but dressed in street clothes (T shirt with band and pants). Drinks took forever then I witnessed servers tasting drinks at the bar, with a straw (not drinking it, they dipped the straw in the drink and pulled it out to sample). Bartender using juices from fruit/olive tray in drinks. Servers putting same fruits/olives in dunks with fingers. Servers gathered around talking at the bar. Just overall sloppy so we decided to not even eat there. Between the sloppiness at the bar and the smell from the sewage, not a good experience.

    The service was very prompt. Food was excellent. My only comment is it was noisy. But I guess that is good because it means there are a lot of people there spending money. I think the restaurant is more for the younger crowd. Our group was a minimum of 65 years old. That was the basis of my comment. But I would highly recommend Mash’d.

    Ate here for the first time today and thought it was pretty good. We took a friend to lunch for her birthday and wanted to try something different. Our drinks were interesting but SO good and the food was unique. I will  definitely be returning!

    The restaurant smelled like a sewer. The food and service were fine. Nothing spectacular. I don't know why this place is on so many "best brunch in Ft Worth" lists.

    We’ve been here several times and had great experiences. But last night was not great. It was so hot in the restaurant we literally sweated thru dinner. Other diners were waving menus and hands trying to cool themselves as well. The food was subpar and our friend waited for a VERY long time for her drink. The menu seems to have changed including the moonshine options since our last visit as well. Overall a poor experience from somewhere we’ve had great experiences at.

    For this place to be rated so high. Our customer service sucked. The food came out cold, they messed up my order and the waitress had an attitude when I asked can she fix it. Our glasses had lips from previous customers and finger prints on them. She was very impatient. No smile, not friendly or anything. WE had to ask her for her name. The environment was nice though. The music was nice and not too loud,

    Definitely make reservations. Long waits otherwise. The Swole bowl was excellent. Avocado toast was good. More like a deep dish pizza. It was loud. Hard to converse. Our server was excellent!

    By far this is where you should never go for dinner or a meal for that matter. The A/C was apparently not working so it was steamy in this crowded restaurant. After being left for dead by our server our drinks arrived. I would have ordered a cocktail but there really was no interest in serving us. We ordered dinner. Dinner yielded an over cooked burger with cold and hard matchstick fries. Any resemblance to medium happened about ten minutes prior to it turning into a hockey puck. A pan pizza arrived dry and hard and an uninspired chicken Caesar salad with rubber chicken. When the food arrived there were no utensils napkins or condiments. Salt and Pepper arrived in sealed containers that had obviously hadn’t been opened yet. Getting the check was another matter altogether by the time we found our server it was nearly 25 minutes. The food disappointing. The service terrible. This is a don’t let this happen to you experience.

    Y’all need the A/C serviced before it breaks down. Extremely hot and humid in the restaurant. I would definitely not recommend this for a summertime restaurant.

    First time there - celebrating my bday. Overall was great but it was a bit loud (noise) and we waited a little longer than I expected for our food but not terribly long. I got the chicken and biscuits and highly recommend it with CNG (Chuck Norris Gravy). Others in my group got burgers and thought they were quite good. Food tasted fresh - probably why it took a little longer for its delivery to our table. I got the birthday cake dessert and it was enough for the three of us to share. Prices were great for provided portions. We’ll be back!
