Mash’D never disappoints! Great food from scratch.
Been there 30+ times in the last couple years.
I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up for my reservation for 14, and they had us in a private room! The sound level in the general area is pretty noisy, but we were able to close the door to our room and everyone was able to visit together in a quiet atmosphere. The food was very good, and we had fun doing moonshine tastings!
We found Mash'D last year on our anniversary when we decided to just take a drive to Frisco. We wanted low key again this year as we have bigger plans later so we were thinking of where we could go. Last minute "let's go to Mash'D!" I remembered the PowerBowl which I absolutely love! And...well, my husband loves the fried chicken! It was a Sunday around 6pm - we were in and out by 7pm...Great Food and wonderful staff!
This place is so fun and the food was amazing. The best moonshine cocktails and most creative for sure. Everything we ordered was fabulous!!!!
Some of the best burgers I've ever had! Great gluten-free menu, I just wish they had gluten-free beer rather than just cider. Awesome outdoor patio. Indoors can get a little noisy, but it's a fun place.
As usual, my experience at Mash'd was excellent. I took a friend for the first time and she loved it. Was seated immediately, service was excellent and the drinks/food were outstanding. Keep doing what you are doing and your guests will keep coming back!
All was good. The only beef I had is that the moonshine menu does not say that if you get one “on the rocks” that the drink is $2 more. The waitress most definitely made an upsale pitch, but did not say it cost more either. It’s not the $2, it’s the principle of the matter and feels disgenuine and deceptive. Please add that as a footnote to your menu.
Great food and atmosphere. I highly recommend the blackberry mimosas.
Excellent as always!
The food was great but the service was the worst I have had at any place in a long time. After visiting with the manger to actually get any drinks he said the waiter was newish and had been there a couple of weeks. If he is that bad and you have to make excuses for him it is time to cut him loose.
Amazing food and dining experience! Everything we ordered was fantastic! We sat on the patio, which was super cute! We will def be back
Our go to Easter brunch! Niva’s and Benney’s skillet killed it!!
Chicken and biscuits are the bomb! Service was great too.
Unique menu items. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Great atmosphere, good food, but very loud.
We go to Mash'd often. Great food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Birthday for a ladies group
Great food and excellent service.
Great casual restaurant to get together with friends. It was very crowded and noisy inside so we enjoyed the patio outside. Great mixed drinks. Lots of variety in the menu- salads, burgers, seafood, some unique dishes.
The food was on point as always. The service has always been very good and seems to always get better. Moonshine flight is a must have. Once again, the ribs just fall right of the bone and are packed with a great flavor.
We love the food, drinks, and it is a great place to meet friends. It’s a place you will continue to go back to time and time again. Don’t go their for a quiet night out, go to have fun.
Been here several times and have never been disappointed. Easy to find something to eat, food is always great, good drinks, great social atmosphere, and perfect for any occasion.
My friend and I had fun talking and catching up. Our favorite dish was the appetizer, we ordered the cheesy corn & spinach dip, it was amazing! I recommend that. The reason why I gave the food 4 stars: they don’t have gluten free nor vegan options, but the avocado bomb salad was pretty good. I love the organic berry smash drink - it’s my favorite! Service was okay, we had several different people come to our table... it was kind of interesting lol
Overall, it’s a good place for food and friends. I recommend.
Good, but brunch is very busy and one more hostess would have been good. Otherwise, awesome as always.
Fun place. Extremely load. Price kinda high. But tasty and GREAT service. We will go back.
Everything was amazing about our first time there except the hostess stand. We checked in five minutes before our reservation and 25 minutes later had to ask why we hadn't been seated. We were told "sorry, they marked that you had bee seated already" and then waited another five minutes for a table. We didn't appreciate their lack of a reaction. LUCKILY our waitress Megan was wonderful and a manager fixed the situation by comping part of our meal. The rest of the night was great and because of that we'll definitely be back!
Always consistent. Great for food and great for drinks. This is a gem in Frisco.
Met for happy hour and a couple of snacks. Funky environment, had a good time, waiter Alex was great!
Amazing experience! Everything was fantastic! Were already going back tonight. Lol
We had a mixed group of ages celebrating a birthday. It is a noisy place not conducive to conversation. Thankfully we were able to eat in their private dining area. Service was spot on but food was just bar food. Not particularly healthy and a bit overpriced.
Not sure I would recommend as it wasn’t all that special.
Great food. They made the menu smaller and focused on putting our quality dishes. Great service, friendly , personable and attentive. The hostess seated us for a reservation on a Saturday night (crowded) and scored us a patio seat. Highly recommend for great drinks and food!! Check out the patio when there is good weather!
We had a reservation and were seating outside per request promptly. We started with the queso appetizer which they were able to make meatless for us. It was piping hot, served in a cast iron skillet, with chips and pretzel bread (extra). Not quite worth $10 for the portion but it was good and had a kick to it. We ordered the cherry lime moonshine mules and our drinks took quite a while to come. They were good but almost entirely full of ice and not much beverage. For our entrees our son had chicken tenders and fries (too spicy for him, we had to peel the breading off), I had the avocado bomb salad with the fish of the day, and my husband had the bbq chicken pizza. My salad was really good, had tons of avocado and a large piece of fish. The pizza had a good thick crust but was way overloaded in cheese. My husband has a fantastic appetite and he barely at 2 pieces. Next time we'll order it with easy cheese. The outdoor patio is fun and casual and there is open-air bar seating. Fun atmosphere all around and the menu is unique. We'll go back and try some other choices. Our bill seemed too high for what we had ($19.95 for a personal pizza!?!?).
Motor town pizza was out of this world. Old Fashions were also spot on
My friend and I met there for the first time for lunch and the food was amazing I had the powerbowl and my friend had the steak. The powerbowl was the best. Great ambience. The waiter was good but needed to be more attentive as it took a while to get order, extra water, refills and request for tab. I also ordered my dressing on the side and it came with the dressing on it. I would definitely come back as is a great place of ambience and food. Leaving out the service I give this place 5 stars!
This place is wonderful! I met my wife here for the first time 3 years ago today. I proposed to her there and had a secret gathering of our families. Each and every time the management and staff at Mash'd has been over the top accommodating.
I recently spoke to the manager Megan and told her my idea to surprise my wife for our 3 year anniversary. Not only did she accommodate us, she even set aside the table we first sat at AND had flowers for my wife at the table when we got there.
Mash'd is an excellent place for any occasion and the food is wonderful. They are very worthy of anyone's business. We will keep coming back for years and years.
Great place, great food, great moonshine. I always take my out of town visitors here. It's in my top of 10 restaurants.
It was a great evening with great service and food was great too!
Drinks are very expensive for what you get.
Noisy very active environment, which was ok but be warned about the noise level ! Decor was very cool and interesting. My opinion, the food is great for a heavy drinker of alcoholic beverages as it is very greasy and will coat your stomach to slow the absorption of alcohol. If you are not an alcohol consumer, like me, the food could lead to the need for multiple doses of alka seltzer when you get home after dinner. Very tasty but VERY greasy.....
Service was excellent. Vertical flamethrowers on the patio were very beautiful on a cool evening.
This was my family’s first visit and we left all raving about it and talking about what we might order when we return. Riley was our waitress and she was fantastic. She was very friendly and attentive. The food arrived fast and everything was incredibly delicious. It was a bit loud and crowded, but everything else far outweighed that minor blemish. We look forward to going back soon.
