Masa’s Sushi and Robata Bar serves authentic and traditional Japanese cuisine served by its expert resident Japanese chef. “Robata” means “by the fireside” in Japanese and it celebrates a Japanese style of cooking where fresh caught fish were grilled an open fire. Its menu is available for dine in and take out guests and features fresh fish, meats, tofu and vegetables. Start with an appetizer, like the shrimp tempura, edamame or the chicken karaage, which is boneless chicken marinated in Japanese sauce and fried. House entrees include chicken teriyaki, suki yaki and shabu shabu. There are several dinner box specials for two or more people. Masa’s also serves donburis (rice bowls), udon and soba, a variety of fresh sushi and sashimi and some signature rolls made with soft shell crab, fried crawfish or spicy tuna. Masa’s Sushi and Robata Bar features a full bar and a tatami room.
