About this restaurant

For authentic Indian cuisine in the San Francisco Bay area, tourists and residents alike venture to Masala Dosa. Owner Zaffar, along with his wife Saima, created this authentic Indian restaurant where they combine both Northern and Southern Indian cuisine. With over twenty years of experience under his belt, Zaffar has used all he has learned to create a dining experience customers at Masala Dosa are sure to enjoy. The menu at Masala Dosa features traditional Indian cuisine. A variety of curries (lamb, vegetable, chicken and seafood), tandoori and biryani are available to choose from. The palak paneer (fresh spinach cooked with cheese) as well as samosas (puff pastries filled with potato and peas) are fan favorites as well. The mango ice cream is the perfect finisher to any Indian meal.
