This is the second time that I have dined at Masaki with daughter and two granddaughters after a performance at the Shaw. Our meals were delicious, the presentation was beautiful (especially the Blushing Salmon), and the service was friendly. We all loved our sushi; the green tea ice cream and my green tea cheesecake were the perfect dessert to follow.

Getting ready for Japan Such a personal and unique experience. Asked for the chef’s recommendation and he didn’t disappoint. As each surprise dish arrived, our lovely server explained and shared her Japanese culture and expertise as a Sake sommelier.

We really enjoyed our visit to the sushi restaurant. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. However, I couldn't fully enjoy the lobster soup because the lobster was served in its shell. Although nutcrackers were provided, they didn’t really help much. It made the experience a bit frustrating. Otherwise, everything was great and we would definitely come back.

Wonderful service; loved the heavy iron teapots used for our genmaicha. My maki sushi lunch (with perfect avocado and spicy salmon) was delicious.
