Nos cobraron de más y no quisieron hacerse responsables. Al llegar la cuenta pedimos pusieran el 15% de propina, el mesero aprovechando que estábamos entretenidos en la plática puso el 30%. Nos percatamos una vez que habíamos pagado y al hacérselo saber, nos comentó que ya no había nada que hacerse. Llámamos al gerente quien nos comentó lo mismo, se negaron a devolvernos el dinero que se cobró de más, ni asumir su error. El trato fue terrible en todos los aspectos, salimos furiosos y con muy mal sabor de boca por el servicio y la mala experiencia que tuvimos al ser sido estafados. Es muy desafortunado pues la comida es buena.

Excelente: el ambiente relajado elegante, los meseros súper atentos y nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones de platillos. Todo delicioso, ya está en nuestros favoritos y regresaremos. Súper detalle que el gerente se ofreció a ir por nuestro auto que estaba a dos cuadras ya que estaba lloviendo.

La comida estuvo bastante mala. El domburi de atún parecía que lo habían hecho con sobras. El rollo de hamachi no nos lo acabamos de lo malo que estaba. La hostess estaba peleándose y gritándose de groserías con alguien atrás. Bastante incómodo. Cerveza tibia y vasos sucios.

La comida muy buena, se ve que estan empezando porque hubo detalles de servicio pero nada graves por ejemplo nos preguntaron si queríamos algo mas pq iban a cerrar el servicio y al final nos quedaron debiendo una bebida… En general cenamos muy bien y regresaría tienen unos rollos diferentes y con grandes sabores.
