Amazing food with amazing service!!
Food, service was one of the best restaurant experiences we have had
It’s a little pricey and at night it’s loud
Food was excellent, service was helpful and friendly, but could do without the team of servers. Noise level was bothersome, since we were entertaining an 85-year old with limited hearing.
Food took 45 minutes, had to track down wait staff on multiple occasions, was never asked if we wanted dessert. 23rd anniversary dinner…would not come back again nor recommend to anyone.
The food and service were very good but quite expensive.
Was also surprised by the “no substitutions or alterations rule.” Kind of off-putting when that’s one of the first thing the waiter tells you. Doesn’t seem very customer focused in that sense.
Everything was perfect food and service but a little too loud
I know they tell you pasta is cooked al dente but to me it wasn’t there yet, it was very hard. Music way too loud, couldn’t talk to each other. Way too expensive for what you get.
the atmostphere was excellent rom the time we walked in until the time we left the meal was very tasteful my wife enjoy the steak dinner
Fantastic service & food! Our wait staff, Gustavo & Ty, were very attentive. Highly recommend! A little loud but it’s a casino environment so just how it is. Food & drink options worth every penny.
Way too expensive compared to other high-end steakhouses. Very limited, restrictive menu. Pretty good service overall, but they didn’t acknowledge the fact that we were celebrating an anniversary. Also, didn’t mention changes to entree items or update menus (ie Filet Sinatra). Cool ambiance & vibe. Central bar is nice.
We came for dinner to celebrate my Wife's birthday and it didn't disappoint one bit. The food was excellent and the service was even better. Gus and Nico made the night a memorable one for my wife and I.
We had Whitney and she was fun, efficient and pleasant. Food was fast, delicious and satisfying.
It’s become a regular nice night out for us, but we can’t get there enough.
Add it to your rotation for sure!
Great job folks!!
We arrive on time they seated us at our table served us water and our drinks and explain everything to us about the menu when we ordered explain that Jake could cut o u r steak In half so to could enjoy it so that worked out very well the servers were excellent we will definitely go back great hospitality loved the atmosphere
Great place to celebrate a special occasion. It was my 34 anniversary and it really make it special. I would do it again. But be aware its expensive so be ready. My servers were great and service was as well. The music was perferct. Glad we have this restuarant in pittsburgh.
First time there , we will be back for sure.
The Best service that I have ever had at a restaurant.
The food was phenomenal 😁
Excellent atmosphere- excellent food!
Other than our service, I can’t rave about this restaurant. Extremely overpriced. I had a chicken cutlet Parmesan which was $32. Consisted of a dry piece of breaded chicken with some spoonfuls of sauce and a couple slices of melted cheese. The quality was what you get at a cheap chain restaurant. Bottles of wine were twice as much as you would pay elsewhere. Atmosphere was noisy and music was too loud. Not sure we would return.
The food was great and the Management and staff could not of been any better.
Will absolutely be back.
One of the finest that I've been too.
Anniversary dinner was top notch! Yo Cuz!!
We have dinned at Cafe Martorano in Ft. Lauderdale many times and love the original known for excellent food and service.
This location is very good but not quite up to the standards of the original. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff.
The veal chop was outstanding, chicken parmigiana was ok. Not enough sauce. Meatball salad was fantastic.
Celebrated my mothers 70th B-Day. The Pittsburgh location was awesome. The atmosphere was clean overlooking our Three Rivers which made it and enjoyable place to dine.
The sirloin was perfect, Gnocci and chicken parm perfect, linguini and clams perfect and the bread was warm fresh and delicious!!
Had dinner with my wife on date night. Chose calamari, fresh mozzarella, NYK Strip, and Lobster. All very amazing dishes! If you plan to share you meal with guest, let them know. The server portions everything to each plate at your table which was a very nice touch so we could try each other’s dishes. 👍
-Chicken Parm & Veal Parm SUPER DRY
-When asking for a little extra sauce was told it was an up charge of $6.
-Asked for Manager who did bring some, thank you Jim.
We were there for our 10 year anniversary. We were very hesitant due to bad reviews but we gave it a shot.
Fortunately we won’t be back. The food had no flavor and my husband’s lobster was so thick with breading it wasn’t enjoyable (Lobster doesn’t need to be breaded or deep fried🤦♀️)
Gnocchi was heavy and the cream had no flavor. Overall, very disappointing.
The owner and chef Steve Martoranos should regroup and change what they are doing. This was not a grand slam in fact it wasn’t even in the right field.
Great atmosphere however the music is played so loud it is non-conducive to a relaxing experience. We were told as we were seated to expect the music to get louder as the restaurant filled up. By the time we left three of the 6 had pounding headaches from the music. We were just looking for a relaxing meal in an atmosphere where conversation was easy after a loud casino experience. If that is what you expect think twice. Food was wonderful and service even better!
Ashley and Paige were great!! Food value was 8 out of 10
Very nice selections on the menu. It was hard to decide. Our food was great! The service was excellent! The wine list had a lot of great choices, and the prices were reasonable. My only complaint was that half way through our romantic dinner another waiter. Not ours. Swooped by and grabbed the light from our table. I understand that the wait staff wants to get their side work done so they can go home. But It was not late and I found that to be extremely rude.
Birthday. Food was amazing . Servers seemed rushed. After spending over $300 for dinner they asked if I would like a dessert for my birthday. Only to find out they charged us for dessert. A little surprised.
Ty and Gus were our servers. Both were very attentive without being intrusive. Ty was extremely personable.
The overall experience was outstanding. The food and service was top of the line.
Wish we would have known the rules first- you cannot order appetizers without placing your entire order nor can you substitute ANYTHING on the menu. Don't like mushrooms, too bad your getting them. Never have we experienced something so strict and non-customer focused especially when paying these prices!
Service was professional and knowledgeable. The food was perfectly prepared and plentiful.
The food and service was great. There were four of us dining. We shared two salads and two desserts as the portions are ample. For entrees we had two lobster, one veal chop and one sea bass. All were great tasting and presentation. Again portions are ample.
Too loud. Couldn’t have a conversation
Ate at this location for the 1st time last night to celebrate my birthday. We had Paige & Melissa as are servers & they both did an excellent job answering questions about the menu and making sure our dinner was outstanding.
The service and food was amazing. The environment after 9pm turns into a club setting. There are crazy disco lights and it makes it very nauseating. It’s hard to read the menu or hear your server. There’s TVs everywhere as well so it’s confusing to whether it’s a nice steakhouse or sports bar. There’s a Dj who’s playing club music. We had to move our seat to the corner. We were told before 9pm it’s a calmer setting. There was a large logo on the Dj booth “Yo Cuz”, for a nice steakhouse we were a little thrown off. Your almost distracted by so much going on. I would possibly try it earlier in the evening, before things get crazy.
We had friends in from out of town who wanted to go to a steak house for dinner. I called Thursday morning and got a reservation for 5:30 with a window table. The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The food is outstanding! We all had steaks cooked to perfection. The salads and sides are very generous and can easily be shared. The waitress has an iPad to show you a picture of each dish on the menu as she describes it in detail -- pretty cool! We had a great evening!
Subpar service, very expensive food that wasn't high quality. Wouldn't go back again
