The service was not as usual, slow and not accurate. We ordered a salmon BLT and after our other food came they told us the sandwich had been dropped and they were remaking it, it took a long time and when it came it was a beef sandwich. One of the pizzas came late as well because they made it wrong. Very disappointing experience, and with the mix ups the manager didn’t even come to the table. The restaurant was not full so I don’t think it was do to being busy. We have been there before and had a much better experience so hopefully this is not a trend.

Glad to have a restaurant in our area now where we can get an expedient but delicious dinner with a variety of menu and drink options. Great choice for pre-show meal or post-activity drinks!

Pretzel Appetizer was good. I had the seared tuna salad and was”fishy” tasting but the sauces helped cover it up. My husbands sandwich was not what he expected and very “hot”. He likes heat but took half home. He never not finishes a meal.

Our party of 13 had a fantastic experience at Martin City Brewery in Lenexa. The conference room provided a spacious and comfortable setting, perfect for a larger group. This was our first visit to this location. Our service was just ok. Our server spent a lot of time socializing with other workers at the front desk and took a long time to get our order. The food was presented well but overall taste was mediocre. I have had much better at the Mission Farms location.

The same pizza we had the last time we were there, which was very good, was very marginal this time. How do you change the same pizza? Toppings were very weak. Service was poor. Waitress was bored and unresponsive. Won’t go back .

Matt the server is amazing. A taste of Italy salad has nothing Italian about it – very disappointing. The tiramisu is the best I’ve ever eaten. I think it’s because it is made with beer instead of rum.

Our wait staff may not be a good fit for customer service - among other things, never came by to just ask if things are ok. Still left $11 tip on a $52 bill. Pizza was burned, super hard crust (have pics), bland. Great Value marinara is better. Prices are ok. We found nothing special with this place.

We tried five different kinds of pizza, and they were all really good. Stayed for the Sunday night music and enjoyed. I have tried a few of their beers and the Per Diem is my favorite. Service was great. Thanks!

It is WAY to loud in there! You cannot even talk with the person across from you. There is no noise abatement and it shows. We had to yell to talk. I won’t be back.

We sat outside and it was my first visit. I had signed up a while ago for the reward club. The waitress seemed a little confused by my discounts but then said no problem. We ordered our food and it was good. However I ordered mine a bit different but nothing difficult just leave off one thing. Well it came and guess what it had that on it. I just ate and didn’t complain as I’m not one to do that unless it’s just uneatable. We were a larger group so many different orders but all on one check, so again shouldn’t have been hard to get right. Well the check came and my 10 % wasn’t on it. The ticket was over $100 so not large discount but still should have been discounted. She ran the credit card for the full amount and brought back the card and ticket to sign. We ask and she said oh shoot I can rerun it and fix the difference. We decided not to do that as it we didn’t want to risk the charge being on there twice and her not getting it correct. We had to ask for refills on our drinks and even water. Just wasn’t the best first experience at the Resturant. Overview: Food good Resturant nice in the setting of its type Greeters were nice and we were seated in timely manner Service average to below at best

Walked in with my 5 year old to 3 teenage girls at the host stand talking. One sitting on the back bench and the others facing her chatting. My daughter and I waited for them to finish talking which was uncomfortably long. Then she popped off the bench and to the host stand, but didn't say hi or anything. Just waited for us to start talking, I guess. I told her my reservation, etc.. There was confusion on sections in the patio and we waited 17 minutes for greet/drinks. Finally, Shawna took care of us, even though she had a big section. She was sweet to my daughter. She was awesome despite being busy. I'd hire more Shawna's and get new hostesses or have them clean the doors instead of talking. Another guy with a beard was also taking care of us and was nice since there was confusion over sections (probably the incompetent hosts). The food was decent.

Food was superb and when there was a slight snafu on delivery (one of the pizzas hit the floor), the incident was handled wonderfully. Quick reorder, apologies, and clean-up. During peak hours, the dining room is noisy and hard for conversations, but as soon as a few people leave it’s quite manageable. Great evening—we will be back.
