   Entrance Staff not overly welcome until they established we were staying at the Emirates Palace and then OTT, not genuine at all

   Food quality was mixed - some were outstanding and some were less the average. Expectation was high due to emirates palace setting but unfortunately food was not memorable enough for us to return

   Food came out cold and was then served again with a subsidised portion. Manager did not take accountability and shifted the blame/onus upon his chef. Spent over £600 and was not even offered goodwill gesture (eg. Complimentary drink, dessert etc. Overall, an over-rated restaurant Hemant Oberoi should be concerned about! I would certainly not recommend this place for dinner to anyone!

   All was really excellent, service, quality of food, ambience. An experience . However, one black spot , a large group of visitors ( adults and kids) walking noisily through the tables to look at the scenery. This should not be allowed.a pity!

   The food was very good, however the service was pretty poor (cutlery not properly put on the table, wine was poured without lettong it taste before, etc). Some noise from mobile phones from other tables (guests responsibility I know, but maybe a few words to remind the keep the volume low would have helped). All in all 3 star, the level in my opinion does not fit to the Environment around

    Absolutely amazing from start to finish! The service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. The views and ambience were just perfection. My husband and I are vegan and they went through the menu showing us what they could do vegan for us. Food was absolitely delicious. The resteraunt will be a lifelong memory I would recomend to anyone.
