Bartenders provide excellent service always. A few new menu offerings, excellent. Chef does a great job of layering texture and flavors while allowing each element in the dish to hit individually - not easy to accomplish.

Overall a really good experience. The beef tartare was our favorite. The carbonara was just ok. not terrible but not outstanding. Our server was really attentive and consistently checked in. I’ll definitely be back in the near future

Stunning experience. Bartenders were extremely knowledgeable. The energy and atmosphere was wonderful. Thanksgiving special was very good and I grabbed a pasta to go and it was also delicious.

We LOVE Marta, however, at our most recent visit, the hostess sat us at a table that was literally 4 inches from another couple's table. It was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. I would understand if the restaurant was completely full and we were a walk-in, but I had made a reservation and there were several other 2 tops open.

Everything from the service, from the first bite to the last bite, the ambiance, the food creativity and selections, the drinks, wine, etc. was INCREDIBLE. Our server (I think it was Greeta) was very personable and knowledgable of the menu. She made excellent recommendations on food and wine. Can't wait to come back!

Service was slow to non-existent. Seems to be serious kitchen issues, staffing, and overall communication. This was offset by the fact that the food is truly amazing and staff are very warm. I would go back because the food really is worth it and the space is very pleasant, but they have significant operational issues they need to deal with.

The old Salt space looked great and the service was more than welcoming. However food was uneven. The bread was delicious and the presentation lovely. My arugula salad was wonderful as was my husband’s lobster bisque. My friends also enjoyed their mains (grilled bronzini, scallop piccata). My pasta which sounded fabulous— it includes lobster and uni, which is a favorite of mine- was ok just bland and not very exciting. My husband’s lamb was over salted according to him. We will be back but the chef might want to consider some seasoning recalibration!

From the moment we walked in to the restaurant, we were greeted politely and seated. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave him a card which was really thoughtful. Our server was super cool, down to earth, funny and made our experience the best. The drinks were really good but strong. Our food was delicious and presentation was everything! Overall, 10/10 experience and will definitely be back!

Food was great, coursed properly to the table so we weren’t eating apps when entrees arrived. The waiter was informative and helpful. Drinks did take a while so we had to order them mid way through others but was fine after we figured that out! Not very intimate with how loud it is but it was lively and fun and a great experience! Will go back for sure.

This restaurant is one of the best experiences that I’ve had in a very long time. The owner was very genuine and very attentive and made sure that my party was taken care of to fullest extent. I had a terrible Uber ride prior and they made my experience extremely comfortable and I will definitely be visiting again. addition the food was outstanding and the service was a 10/10.

Loved the food and the vibe of the restaurant. It was, however, very loud - even though the restaurant did its best to accommodate my request for a quiet table to discuss business. I do plan to return and would definitely recommend it to others.

Went for the new brunch menu. Everything was outstanding. We had the eggs in purgatory, meatballs and ricotta pancakes. Delightful!!! Only thing is to have a brunch menu with out the option of a side of bacon or even sausage is missing. Those pancakes really could have used something smoky and salty. Please consider adding. We’ll be back.

Marta is a must-try restaurant in Baltimore. The staff, food, drinks, and ambience were all top tier. I especially loved the Ziti alla Bolognese; it was divine and I would recommend that dish to everyone. We were there for brunch celebrating my husband's 41st birthday, and the staff definitely made it special for him. This is the perfect neighborhood gem.

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Such authentic, friendly staff - professional and unpretentious. It seems clear they enjoy working with each other, which makes such a difference. And the food was delightful. Beet carpaccio, beef tartar, and tuna canoli were insanely flavorful. Super appreciative of the zero proof cocktails as well. Will 100% be back the next time we are in Baltimore.

The manager, Paul , made our special evening more special! The drinks were perfect! The steak tartare the best we’ve ever had. I loved my bronzino’s preparation with all the herbs on top of the crisp skin. We split ziti with bolognese . We were too full for dessert unfortunately because I’m sure it would have been equally delicious. Can’t wait to come back!
