To comply with the NYC mandated 25% capacity, seating inside is very limited. Though every efforts will be made we may not be able to move outdoor table to indoor without an indoor reservation.

I usually go to Marseille every year for Restaurant Week and they never disappoint. Dessert was not included this year (I don't remember if it was in the past) but there was a nice selection of appetizers (my friend and I both chose the beet salad) and entrees (we had short ribs and scallops). The food is delicious, the service is impeccable and no one ever makes you feel rushed. We ate indoors at 5pm so it was not crowded. the restaurant now has outdoor tables too.
We went for Restaurant Week. Very disappointed with service, quality and quantity of the food, and neighborhood was very loud. Would not recommend and would not go back.
I have always liked this restaurant
but i was disappointed what I wanted for lunch altho on the menu was not available.
me and my husband had restaurant week dinner menu
i found kind of black hair in my pasta
but the server said it was from vegetable? no way
then just gave me SAME portion of food i left.
i am not sure they cooked it again or not
even he asked me to change order, i was not want to have the Same menu
service was very slow and not good as before.
i will not go there again.

Took my daughter out for a special meal. The atmosphere was pleaaant. The food was delicious. The service was good. I would definitely go back.
Food was tasty and not over seasoned. Portions were just right. Service was attentive and polite. Great place to dine and have a good conversation with guests.
Pate appetizer was wonderful. Steak fritte was grilled perfectly.
I made reservations to celebrate the birthdays of my wife and sister and it was just perfect from start to finish. We love Paris and its been a few years since we visited and this restaurant ambiance is very much like being there and the food along with dessert was amazing. The staff beginning with the security to the hostess..server and busboy were all excellent. We will definitely be dining here soon 👍🏽👍🏽

Service was excellent, the menu was not overwhelming and the food was really tasty. The only knock is the food portion, which is small for certain entree.
We went there for the restaurant week lunch. The food was alright but our waiter didn’t even know that the restaurant week lunch didn’t offer a choice of appetisers. It was only the chef’s choice. We stayed there to enjoy the oyster happy hour after 3:30. The oysters were fresh and tasty!
Restaurant Week meet with college classmate—- Open Table system was flawless and reminders worked well to confirm. We chose to dine inside but very well spaced tables (in and out) made the experience as stress-free as COVID Delta could allow. Spotless environment and genuinely solicitous waitstaff added to great traditional meals well-prepared(moules frites with warm baguette to soak up the juices and the most tender and flavorful skate with almonds in brown butter, accompanied by a reasonably priced, 2-3 pour carafe of wine and chef’s choice gazpacho appetizer)A shared dessert (Meyer lemon /elderflower tart with apricot) ended with pre-tip bill for 3 barely over $100. Prices off the special week are about 10-15% higher but still a great deal for an excellent meal and service.
We went yesterday for restaurant week dinner, party of 5. Service was too bad, food average. 2 of us ordered Goat cheese tart as an appetizer, we got the dish and 5 min later they realized that was for another table… they didn’t hesitate to take those away and served them directly 2 tables near us!!!! After we have put the cutlery in the dish, and talk and breathe without mask on top of the food…. Are we crazy? In the middle of the pandemic? Then they run out of bread, we were short of water all the time…And the waiter didn’t speak a word of English.
We expected a high end dinner and we were very disappointed, it seems they just want to make money on Rest Week, quality and service were poor….
Need stronger drinks. Old Fashions came with no cherries and no straw. Asked for more bread. Again asked for more bread. Never got my bread. Second round of drinks came just after our entrees were served. On a positive note, the food is outstanding.
Wonderful service. The food was good, but for being a James Beard nominee, I was expecting more. Portions were small, which was nice because I wasn’t absolutely stuffed leaving, but I felt detracted from the value a bit. Even with the mediocre food, the service, especially in today’s world, made this a pleasant night out.
Food and service were excellent. We had goat cheese tart and summer salad as our appetizers and the sea scallops snd short rib bourguingon as our entreés were perfectly prepared and so flavorful. Enjoyed each bite.

Service was very good! we chose from the restaurant week menu my wife have the cheese tort which should’ve been warmer she also had the short rib Raghu said kind flat with real flavor the polenta was good
I had the salmon riddlet mostly not flavorful then roast chicken which was good (looked the size of a capon) three very small fingerling potatoes good, and sautéed kale under cooked
We work in the area and went during restaurant week and opted for that specific lunch menu. . The main course options were excellent choices but the only appetizer offered was gazpacho. There were people in my party who had allergies to nuts, tomatoes and/or onions and we had no other option included in that specific restaurant week offer.
Other than that, our main course meals were delicious. Nice ambiance and great location in the theater district!!
The service from the waitress was almost nonexistent. We finished our appetizers before we received our cocktails. I had to contact the hostess to see if our server was even working in order to get another drink. The food was good, but not great overall. The ambience was enjoyable, but the service was awful as some of the servers were visibly stressed.
Unfortunately our reservation was not honored, our table was occupied by some folks and the waiters didn't know how this could happen, since the reservation was under my name. The host offered us to wait until another table freed up, but we couldn't. I had to take my party of four elsewhere.

Love Restaurant Week(s). Skate is back on the menu. It was delicious. It had not been on the menu for many many weeks. Recommend making advance reservations for this popular restaurant.
Good service staff and has gotten even Better. My last 2 times the Great server was Luis. GreAt personality with wonderful service.
I always enjoy this restaurant. They are a bit short-handed these days—who isn’t? But the staff was very professional and haelpful.

Lovely ambiance. The food could have been better. The broccoli flavor was great but some of he was extremely under cooked. The steak could have been better quality. It was quite tough and not very juicy or flavorful. The fries and dessert were terrific.
Entree came out before appetizer. Sound level was low and conducive to conversation.

Service was fantastic. They were super attentive someone always came by to ensure we were doing well and didn’t need anything! Even though they were busy even the two managers came by a few times. I’m def coming back!

Great food and a good variety of vegetarian options and the goat cheese tart was to die for - extensive wine selection. Will definitely plan a return visit!
Very poor service.
We went for a Bastille day, and though the prefix menu was an amazing deal, we passed on it. But the food was terrific, and Sy and his crew are attentive and made good when the service was a bit spotty as they were still gearing up post pandemic. We are neighborhood regulars and will very much keep enjoying. Many thanks!
I've been to Marseilles countless times, including on NYE, and I've never had an experience like I did last night. We had a reservation for 7 and my friends, who arrived ahead of me, were told they didn't have a table. That was remedied once I arrived and spoke to the host, but not good right out of the gate.
We ordered our food by 7:30 and didn't get anything other than bread (and the waiter was nice enough to bring us more bread because he knew how long it had been) for an hour. And we were far from the only ones sitting around waiting for food. I don't know if the kitchen was understaffed or all the staff were spending their time bringing food and drink to the outside tables. But if there was a staff issue then the restaurant shouldn't have booked so many tables. You had much of the entire room without food for an extensive period of time.
The manager was supposed to come around to our table but only did so at the very end, after spending a good deal of time throughout the evening talking with two women at the table next to ours. Ultimately the restaurant took 20% off the bill but that was kind of the minimum.
Our waiter was great and did what he could (bringing a second round of drinks to the table after I got up and said the restaurant really needed to do something to provide an fast fix), but management did a really poor job.
My food was good (I had the trout), but my friends were so hungry that they didn't really get to enjoy it as much as they should/would have.
Festive, fun Bastille Day crowd. Currently my favorite place for a burger and martinis!
