   Incredibly delicious and authentic brunch. The service was phenomenal, and the food was delicious very flavorful and authentic.  was looking forward to a blood orange Mamosa, however, due to the popularity, they said they had run out, maybe next time! Definitely worth it!

   The mussels and bouillabaisse were excellent as were the mojitos (mine made with gin). Love this restaurant for breakfast/brunch, a post-matinee late afternoon snack or dinner. Good thing I didn’t see the sticky toffee bread pudding on the menu last night because I love it but didn’t have room for dessert.

   Service took very long. The server pretty much ignored us and took forever to take down our orders. We had a dinner reservation for my bf’s birthday. However, no one asked if we had a reservation or check in their system. Deeply regret choosing this place for my bf’s special day.

   The restaurant has a good ambience. The starters were good - asparagus, duck mousse. The main courses lacked seasoning and weren’t that good (trout, bouillabaisse). The dessert (baba au rhum) was awful. We had a cramped table that was uncomfortable. Service was ok.

    Such a nice experience. We were 30 minutes late due to traffic and they held our table despite being packed. So friendly. Food was outstanding and service was great and attentive.

    Are used to come here with friends before the pandemic. Things have clearly changed. This is now your typical theater district restaurant that hurries up to get food out the door and the quality in the service has definitely suffered.  won’t be coming back again.

    Enjoyed lunch prior to a matinee. We had the turkey sandwich and the curried chicken sandwich. Both were delicious but the lemon tart we had for dessert was especially good. While there was a large group occupying several tables and the restaurant was busy, our service was great and our food came promptly giving us plenty of time to enjoy before leaving for the theater.

    Delightful environment. Servers helpful and polite but not aggressive. Food was delicious especially the Escargot! The menu leaned towards a more sophisticated palate and the wine selections were overwhelming but the sommelier was readily available to assist. My only disappointment was no round table available for my party of 8. Good energy, highly recommend.

    I took my mother here on Mother's Day. Nothing could have been improved upon. The food, service, pastry basket, bottomless mimosas... everything was out of this world. Run don't walk.

    Although we’ve liked the food in the past, I did not think it was up to standard. I ordered the grilled chicken salad. I had to pick out some pieces of spoiled lettuce. There weren’t enough of the haricots in it. It was truly a very full salad. Needed cucumber and maybe carrots and beets or something to make it more interesting. It is NOT inexpensive. My husband had the burger and that looked good. Service was good with the waiter but whoever served the iced coffee was a bit rude. I don’t think we will return.

    It was exactly what we expected for a before theatre brunch. The cocktails, food, service and ambiance was fine. We were not rushed for a 2:00 pm show. We were seated at 11:20 am and left at 1:10 pm. It was a very pleasant experience. We have been there many times in the past for the same situation and have always had the same experience.

    My Mom and I wanted to meet my cousin Shauna Gillespie Gleeson in NYC. I said to myself where could I treat my cousin to a lovely Brunch? I immediately thought of Marseille in the heart of NYC! My Mom loved the yogurt with fresh fruit. My cousin and I both had the Chicken Curry sandwiches with chips and they were so delicious. We also ordered their muffin and bread basket with jam and butter….it was so tasty! Fabulous service! Energetic ambiance. We all had a lovely time!!

    Food was amazing lump crab salad was pefection. Thank you for letting friends and family catch up after not seeing each other for 4 years. 4 stars was in reference to not asking us if we wanted refills for ice tea, coke and coffee.

    We went for a post matinee dinner on a Wednesday. My friend had not been back to NY in 5 years. The hostess was lovely and not bothered by us arriving one hour early. We did the happy hour oysters - a dozen delicious as always with a special herb bread with whipped goat cheese drizzled with olive oil - with a vodka martini it was perfection. My friend had the hanger steak & frits. I had the salmon both delicious. The service was terrific , not on top of you yet checking if we needed anything. The restaurant was quite busy for Wed at 5-530pm I always recommend Marseille for pre or post a show, much better than the places on Broadway

    Terrific food, beautiful space and great service. We visited the restaurant after a Broadway show. I had the chef special - steak with grilled asparagus with a side of frites - the frites were hot, crispy, just the right amount of salt. My daughter had the duck confit which she loved.
