                  The staff are constantly filling your water in a disruptive way. The oysters at happy hour were good, but they billed us at regular price. Go early with a Rez. Food was excellent. Loud once things get going at 5

                  This was my second visit to Marseille and it was equally wonderful as the first visit in February 2025. It’s perfect for a pre-dinner theater meal, and even though it was very busy, the service was not rushed, and I was able to relax after a long day of walking and being outside in the heat. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. On this occasion, I had made a reservation to sit at a table in the bar because I’m a solo diner and don’t like to take up a table in the main dining room, but I was seated next to the bar and some of the patrons were really loud. Next time, I will keep that in mind when making a reservation.

                  The service was a bit slow, it took about 30-35 minutes for the entrees to arrive after we ordered. The food was excellent. Highly recommend the pasta primavera, the risotto appetizer (which is big enough to have as an entree) and the steak frites was cooked exactly medium-rare, as ordered. All the dishes were seasoned perfectly, not overly salted. We've eaten here 3 times and have never been disappointed.
