Marsanne is a sophisticated Mediterranean oasis.
The executive Chef Zivko Radojicic wanted to bring the warmth and hospitality of the Adriatic Mediterranean coast to the vibrant Chelsea neighborhood.
Our semi-private dining space “Le Mascaret Room” has its own dedicated drinks counter, as well a custom-made undulating wooden sculpture mounted on a wall (it's meant to replicate twisting vines and flowing waves, natch) and a glass-encased wine cellar holding over 700 bottles. It can accommodate up to 50 guests seated.

It was my first time dining here and I was alone and it was a very lovely experience. From the hostess to the servers, everyone was great!

Lovely space, reasonable distance amongst tables. The cod was perfectly prepared and the wine steward selected a good bottle. Considering all the choices if gallery hopping around Chelsea, this seem to have justified the other reviews on Opentable.

Worst Mother’s Day event . First what we saw in the menu was not it . Our waitress was really bad and forgot about us the lamb kabab was cold and mom lobster sandwich egg was cold my nephew didn’t eat his steak had to take it home to make into a taco. Waited on drinks for over 15 minutes . Our waitress left our table to go to lunch or home without letting us know or switching us to another one . Will never eat here again . It was for a Mother’s Day for my sister and mom nope never again

Too big of a space. Food was lousy and took forever. Too loud despite large space. Server refused to bring us side of berries for our daughter. Too many other better restaurants in NYC. Move along.

I had very specific request to sit in a specific section which up until yesterday was fulfilled. The lady just took us and sat where she wanted and did not mention anything regarding my request. And when I asked her if she had read my request , she replied “yup I read them” but we have big parties seating there you don’t wanna sit there. I understood, but I wish she had at least said: “hey I realized you requested a specific section, unfortunately that section is not available is there another section you would prefer?” Sometimes communication goes along way , specially when you go have been there multiple times and have specific preferences and requests. Bathrooms were dirty and toilet paper was all over the floor. Bathrooms just didn’t seem kept.
