Awesome second floor balcony! Quieter than that n the street. Service is wonderful. A bit lengthy to get seated though when we were the first for lunch on Saturday at 12:30 pm. Food is great.
Not sure if new owners or new management but from moment we walked in something was off. The service was terrible. They wanted to sit us upstairs alone in an empty room. They forget our drinks, water..the basics. But rushed w the food. Overall not the experience we are used to there. Not to mention the food prices seem to be much higher. Will not be returning. What a shame.
They are definitely struggling with the service. We ordered my daughter’s meal with the appetizers and it took forever...the server also kept coming back to clarify what we had ordered. Also the prices have skyrocketed since the last time we were there and the place is a lot smaller. Food was acceptable but not the best...Especially for the prices. A few mistakes with our order as well. Unfortunately don’t plan on going back.
The best Middle East food in town.
Nice place and nice food
Good luck for you guys
I am Lebanese and always go to local Lebanese restaurants when I am traveling. I always take business associates with me who like Lebanese food when interested. I have done the same all over the world. This was the worst experience by far. The food was terrible. The bread stale and heated, the tabbouli without oil or lemon juice, the sausages greasy...the grilled meats acceptable but none of the true specialty dishes are authentic. The servers were overwhelmed by a large crowd without any distancing. There wax an unwelcome belly dancer with very loud music that prevented any conversation. All in all an evening to forget
We had already started our meal when we noticed that menus were not being sanitized between guests. This is unacceptable. Had we seen this earlier we would have walked out. We have not seen any other example of this kind of poor safety.
We were 4 people and all enjoyed the meal and ambiance. There are so many fine details that create a lovely experience. The beautiful paintings on the walls, the camel , delicious food( especially the kibbe, stuffed grape leaves, kebabs, grilled fish. Attention to detail I.e. the elegant tea service in golden glass cups.
Service was excellent., as well. Can’t wait to return on a Friday evening for belly dancing.
Service was horrible.
Food was ok.
Def. See a change of ownership or mgmnt in comparison to before COVID.

We were at Maroosh for Valentine’s Day and had such a wonderful experience! The place was appropriately decorated, they accommodated our reservation even though we were 10mins late, service was great with excellent vegetarian options!! Will definitely visit again whenever we are back in Miami.
I made reservations for 7pm. Unfortunately, I spent about half an hour trying to find parking. Nonetheless, we were seated a couple of minutes after we arrived. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The restaurant itself is quite small, but would definitely recommend it.
Food, service and ambiance was A1A. On point like always.
What a disappointment! Since our last visit, the place has changed hands and sadly is no longer the same. Terrible service - our otherwise nice waiter disappeared and it was the kitchen staff who dropped off our appetizers and entrées and never returned. Flagging one of the staff down proved impossible and even the hostess vanished. We had to wait for her return to request the check and pay the bill. Good bye to a once great restaurant.
The restaurante very nice the customer service bad.
Great experience! I loved it and will deff come back !
I had fish and my friend had shrimp. Both dishes were very well seasoned and flavorful.
Birthday dinner. Service and food were exceptional
I've been a happy customer for a while, it never disappoints when it comes to good food. This Saturday the lamb rack was amazing in every aspect.
I had been here before but this last time was bad. AC was too cold, service was slow. The place is usually loud but for some reason last night was louder than ever. The food was ok but nothing to make me want to return for a third time.
If you like Mediterranean food you will love Maroosh. The food is great and the ambience fantastic down to the belly dancer on Saturdays. Planning on returning.
Everything was lovely and delicious, except that the waiter neglected to tell us that a small Greek salad came with the entrees and didn't mention it when we ordered an appetizer salad. So we ended up with two salads!
I was recommended to eat at this restaurant, and since by coincidence I found a Groupon, I gave a try. I have ordered a baked Mousaka and a Gyro platter, and both were totally different than what I had at other Greek restaurants. Despite the food was really bad to me, it did not bother me entirely, because I had to accept the fact that I was in a Mediterranean restaurant, and not a Greek restaurant.
What really bothered me was I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a check. I can say so because I had to extend my metered parking for 30 minutes just because of the check. I told the manager twice that I needed my check, and he kept trying to get someone else to do it. Finally when I told the bus person that if I did not get my check in the next two minutes, I would simply leave the restaurant, and it was the time the same manager rushed to the cashier himself and presented the check to me. By the way, nobody in the restaurant to even apologize for my wait.
I have lived in Miami for 18 years, and I dine out at least once week at difference restaurant. I am just appalled that a restaurant service can be this bad.
Horrible service. Food wasn't up to par as normal.
Even tough I had a reservation for 2 people at 10PM I had to wait about 15 min. Food was GREAT! and service just OK. Price is also OK.
None of the food was hot when brought out and the meat was dry.
Poor service and food
Very nice food and atmosphere - service is very good
