Just an outstanding dinner - everything we had was delicious (caesar salad, gazpacho, crab and corn agnolotti, and the soft shell crab special). The service was impeccable and friendly. As we were celebrating a birthday, they even poured a special liqueur on the house. Would highly recommend. Can’t remember a better overall experience.

What a star! They perfected the balance of food, drinks, ambiance all of it. Completely impressed. A must try is the burger and the poached trout!!

We were able to get a reservation probably because of the slow July weekend..and Im so glad we did. Everything was so good. The Ceaser had cream cheese croutons which was so unique and delicious..I usually hate the stale crunchy bread croutons. Everything was amazing and definitely try to come back..

We visited on our recent trip to NY. What a delight. We loved every dish; oysters, steak tartare, chicken, steak, and the Sundae. Service was friendly and delightful.

Marlow East has a cool vibe and some really fun, creative food. The real standout was the fried chicken which is so unexpected when you go to a fancy place, but dangerously good. Can’t leave without getting a martini..I recommend the pimento martini, pairs well with the food. Honestly I’d come back just to have those croquettes and a martini in a heartbeat.

There were four of us and we are in the neighborhood so we looked forward to dinner. The decor and overall atmosphere was very pleasing....almost worth returning for that alone. The service was attentive and friendly. The cocktails and the wines by the glass were very good. Unfortunately, it is the food that disappointed. It was not bad but not worth a return visit. Two of us had the chicken dish accompanied by egg yolk and leeks and potatoes. Nothing seemed cooked to order so it tasted ok but seemed long ago prepared. My wife's hamburger was served cold as if it too had been prepared. The salad was undistinguished though the croquettes were very good. So we collectively give the food a "C" and the setting an "A" but the food is always most important so there's the rub.
