Our New Year's Eve dinner was worth the high price. Each of the three courses was exquisite, with subtle and unusual flavor combinations. My tuna appetizer featured tender raw slices of tuna in a beet-lime sauce - the color was stunning! - with tiny pieces of apple and a few small, intense mint leaves.
The portions were small, actually perfect for me. My only disappointment was that the restaurant did not serve coffee.
For New Year's Eve, they a great prefix menu, all the options where excellent.
The restaurant is ideally located if one plans to attend an event at the Cathedral of St. John the Devine. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and the staff was attentive. I would, however, remove some of the pillows on the long bench, which interfere with seating.
very cute little place truly a nbhd gem.... cocktails were very delicious and the food was even more so. i recommend the chicken dish and mushroom risotto to anyone looking. great ambience and character of the place too would visit again
Arrived early, but seated immediately. Great cocktails from the bar. Food was exquisitely prepared. Staff set expectations properly for sous-vide plate to allow for any adjustments. Relaxed Christmas eve meal.
Bad attitude from servers. Bad piece of fish. Served weak tea asked for another tea bag and charged for 2nd tea bag. After debate they did reverse the charge
Everything was delicious and the service was super even though the place was packed. Mushroom risotto outstanding as were the beet salad and eggs nest appetizer. Excellent ravioli and chicken. Great neighborhood restaurant.
Awesome steak, very good ripasso and great server!
Good appetizers. The Branzino for main course was perfectly cooked and hot. The garnish was not warm enough and the turnip undercooked.
We really enjoyed it. The food was very good and the service was very good.
