    Great food and staff, not sure about the location. 2nd floor of a hotel, at first we had trouble finding the place. If this establishment we freestanding from the hotel with the hotel furniture and carpets it’d be one of the nicest in the area.

    From the atmosphere to the service amazing ! The cucumber elderflower martini was delicious Crab cakes, Lobster Orzo and the encrusted filet DYNAMITE!

    ordered surf & turf - crab cake and filet; filet dosen't look like a filet and is very hard to cut even with serrated knife and forget chewing. Sent it back. Crab cake was not served as hot as it should have been but was otherwise fine. Next filet is just as bad to cut and chew but now is also excessively salty. Waitress agreed to just charge me for the crab cake. On the way out happened to tell manager (did not know he was manager when he asked how meal was) that we were disappointed with the meat. He was familiar with the situation and knew which waitress had our table, mentioned that she had tried to cut my first steak. I told him his meat provider is defrauding him if they are calling those cuts filets and he said he had had at least 4 other complaints and was looking for a new supplier. I guess he could have comp'd us but he did not. Thing is that they knew they had poor quality meat and instead of just taking the item off the menu they left it on for the customer to do the complaining knowing most people won't say anything. That is a crappy way to treat people that are paying the prices they charge there. I have had excellent meals there the last two years, both, if I recall, being surf & turf so I expected better but I doubt I will go back to a place that charges top dollar and lets the customer do the quality control for them.

    Located at The Double Tree my wife and I were surprised at the great food and service. It was quite busy on a Thursday evening and our waiter had to cover several tables, but he was fast and attentive. We started with Maryland Oysters and the HOT BACK FIN CRAB DIP. LOBSTER ORZO and FREDDY’S SEAFOOD PASTA finished our meal. All prepared perfectly.

    We had a wonderful time at Marlin’s Moon for dinner on our first night in town. The true star of this experience was our server (Jesse, I think) he was very attentive and helpful!

    Poor service. Waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged at the host stand. Hostess and servers looked at me and walked away without greeting me. I had a reservation and the place was practically empty.

    It was our Anniversary and we loved it! Great food , great view and awesome service !!! Thank you ! Ordered a Caesar salad , crab dip (amazing ) and the Cajun shrimp pasta dish ( phenomenal, one of the august dish specials)

    Nice atmosphere and very friendly and thorough service. Not sure meals were exquisite for the price but did feel like a nice night out. It is in the Doubletree Hilton which also had nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

    Really good/ high quality food; worth the cost. We had crab dip, chicken Chesapeake entree and the gulf shrimp entree. Overall all wonderful. As a younger couple dining at more upscale restaurants I am used to the expectations that we won’t/can’t order nicer entree options/drinks/appetizers. I felt some of this expectation last night but nothing ruined my overall experience. Just little things.

    The food was not prepared well. My salmon was overcooked, even after the waiter assured me that it would not be. The expensive filet with blue cheese was very overcooked, and was sitting on a sauce that was not tasty. (Nasty, according to the person who ordered it.) The lobster orzo was only so-so. We had to ask for bread and water, and observed other tables automatically getting it promptly. Maybe it was an off night, but we were VERY disappointed. Not enough quality, especially for the price!

    Jessie was a great server. He provided stellar recommendations based on his experiences. My cousin was celebrating her birthday, so she ordered lobster orzo and I ordered surf and turf. The steak was seasoned well and melted in your mouth.we had crab with Sherry soup a d calamari (bait on menu). Definitely a value for the cost.

    Food for good. Restaurant was nicely decorated. It wasn’t busy at all for a weekend night. A great option for a dinner out! They do have a kids menu as well.

    We always have a great meal at Marlin Moon! Tonight we were seated on the balcony with a view of the ocean. It was a beautiful evening with a light breeze. The food was delicious and the service was top notch!

    GET THE TORKILL OYSTERS. Bella, our amazing sever recommended. A little squeeze of lemon juice (or not) was all it needed! The crab cakes and lobster are also delicious! Ask to sit outside as well, perfect view of the ocean

    Server took 30 minutes to acknowledge us. Asked for water but never brought. Asked for bread but only brought after meal was on the table. Asked for tuna grilled medium rare or lightly blacked but came well done and heavy seasoning but just ate it since the service was so bad

    My husband ordered seafood pasta. It was fresh and pasta was home made and Al dente. Oysters for appetizers were wonderful. I had their fresh catch which was halibut-also very good. Good portions and an all around great restaurant. We will be back! Thank you and don’t change!

    This was my favorite meal in Ocean City! I had the fresh oysters, crab biscuits soup, special - Fra’Diavolo and key-lime pie. The seafood was very fresh and prepared well. This is the first time I had scallops not over cooked. The spice on the red sauce was perfect. The waitress Mackenzie was amazing! She was the best waitress all week! She is very knowledgeable of the menu, super pleasant and energetic.

    The food was delicious. Our server Richard was amazing he was able to attend to our party of 14 people. The restaurant was clean and very nice on the inside even the young lady at the front was very nice to work with and accommodated our large party.

    Some of it was great and some of it was a miss. The crab cakes were excellent and so was the remoulade that accompanied them. The vegetables were extremely undercooked and almost raw. Not a great taste for yellow squash and I like my vegetables crispy. However, the smashed potatoes were yummy and the portion was huge! Freddy’s Seafood Pasta was loaded with seafood and the pasta was perfectly cooked. The sauce was tasty but was too heavy on the oregano. It was the predominant taste in the sauce. Overall a nice experience. Mackenzie was a great server. Would definitely try again.
