Quite surprised by all the positive reviews. Not sure if we were unlucky. I ordered a beer and it was never brought. Server didn’t speak with us and I couldn’t address the issues we had with the food. Soup was good. Chicken salad and calamari were really bad

Always liked Nordstrom Café, but today the whole experience was just average. Table was dirty and needed to be cleaned off, server was partially attentive and food was average. In general, I find the overall Nordstrom needs to pick me up.
