Our Full Service Marketplace at Westfield Montgomery Mall is located on the 1st level in Nordstrom. We have a variety of chef prepared items such as our Farm Bread Bruschetta as an appetizer or selection of our made to order salads ,sandwiches or pizzas. I arrived before my guests and asked the waitress to please give me a separate check. When I placed my order, I asked for iced tea with lemon on the side. The waitress brought ice on the side (there was no mention of ice) and lemon swimming in the tea. At the end of the meal, she handed one check to the male guest at the table. This was so embarrassing as I had ordered the most expensive item on the meal, for which I had intended to pay. The most important skills a waitress can have is listening. She did not!

It's comforting to know that Nordstrom Cafe's impeccable service, delicious recipes, and pleasing ambiance pass the test of time. Even though it's cold and raining cats and dogs, I know that I can run into Nordstrom's and have the tomato basil soup that will turn my day around.

Part of our group drove in from Norfolk, so it was nice not to be rushed, and it was also great that the restaurant wasn't too loud, so we could catch up on conversation.

We loved eating at Marketplace Cafe, then shopping at the Anniversary Sale. A convenient and no-stress way to shop with my husband who hates shopping for men’s clothes. Good job, NORDSTROM! We’ll return today without him to do the “girl shopping.” And we’ll eat at Marketplace again because we like it. ;-)

I went in for marketplace cafe's breakfast menu & was utterly disappointed by my meal. First of all, the server brought out my tomato basil soup without the bread that normally comes with it & said that bread will follow in a few minutes. By the time it came out I had already finished my soup but I was really hungry and decided to overlook it. For my main entree, I ordered a garden omelette with a side order of bacon, requesting bacon to be well done. Whoever make it in their kitchen decided to chop one slice of bacon & put it inside of the omelette. I requested couple additional pieces of well done bacon and it came out burnt. By then, I has already consumed 2/3 of my omelette and did not feel like sending it back and just had parts that were not completely burnt. Consistency is not a strength of Montgomery mall's marketplace cafe.

I love that Nordstrom cafe is in full service. Easy to book online. Food and service are good. Most important I can carry a conversation without raising my voice. Do not mind paying few dollars for tips. It worths every penny of it. If I want to have a quick and noisy lunch, I would have gone to the food court. Different atmosphere and different value.

Glad that the café has changed to a full service café. You can book the table at OpenTable which is very convenient. The food is very consistent and the service is very good as well. Is not noisy and one can carry a conservation!

We enjoyed a quick bite when we were in a hurry to get home after shopping. We miss the cafeteria style as opposed to the new restaurant set-up. After spending money shopping, the last thing we need is to pay a few dollars for a tip. Next time maybe we will eat in the food court. Hey Nordstrom, bring back the cafeteria.

We enjoyed eating lunch here before going shopping. The service was slow, and our waitress kept disappearing when we needed her. We waited a long time for the check. But at least the food was OK.

We went here while shopping. How convenient! We wish that Nordstrom had kept it cafeteria style, as now we have to pay a full tip. Now we don't go as often, and opt for the mall food court. Don't get me wrong - the food is good, but with kids, it adds up if you're paying a $5-$7 tip.
