Excellent experience overall! Food, service and atmosphere are wonderful. Our favorite go to dinner place in St Helena.
This restaurant is consistently good, food and service are always good. The Crab Louis salad, the fish and chips, the fried chicken and various other dishes are very well done. Atmosphere is not the greatest but a must go to place for a casual lunch.
Excellent food, knowledgeable staff, prompt service and overall a wonderful dining experience. Will definitely return!
Always spot on!
Excellent food and service. Manager very friendly
Staff is consistently excellent - supportive of each other, always up-beat and positive.
First time for brunch - we'll definitely be returning!
We loved this restaurant. The food we had and particularly the short ribs were amazing and the ambiance was lovely. The wine and beer options were varied. The s’mores dessert looked amazing but unfortunately I was too full
Great service, knowledgable staff. Attentive but not overly so. Food well prepared.
Perfect dinner during wine-tasting weekend. Really good food and great specials each day. Locals and tourists alike filled the place. They serve a generous portion of lobster-ricotta ravioli which were like little heavenly pillows. They offer interesting, local wines by the glass and have $0 corkage fee.
Food was excellent and the service was personal & impeccable.Great locals’ spot.
We were seated immediately and received great service. Food is consistently good.
The special soup-of-the-day was excellent, the appetizer chicken roll with dipping sauce exquisite, and the shared sandwich superb.
Exceptional in all aspects. We will be back next time we are in the area
Good, consistent locals fave.....good service and casual ambience
As a new Napa Valley resident from the beloved San Francisco, I'm on a mission to find the best restaurants in the area. Not only does Market have a relaxing low pressure ambiance, the service and menu variety is impeccable. I particularly enjoyed the avocado & tomatillo salsa paired with the calamari to start. For the main meal I went with a half serving of the Chopped Market Salad and a half serving of the Mac and cheese- which was to die for. The thick cut bacon adds great texture and flavor to compliment the sharp cheese. To finish off the meal one cannot leave without a taste of the fabulous butter scotch pudding... Rated #1 in California (no big deal...)! On top of the endless drool-worthy food items- our service was quick and warm. I would return to Market any day and suggest you do so as well.
Great dinner on Valentine's Day, but have not been credited 100 points yet.
We were pleasantly surprised by Market...with a superb waiter, good food and wonderful stone walls from local "granite" from the near mountains. The food is very local oriented as well. Prices were good (dinner for two with 2 drinks was $95) and we will definitely go back!
Filet mignon was Wonderful! Lobster ravioli was not very flavorful with ground meat, tasted more like salmon. I would definitely not recommend for the price.
A sure bet. Great food and service. No corkage and no guff about bringing that bottle of wine you bought at the winery earlier in the day.
