   We enjoyed our dining experience at Market Kitchen mostly because our server was very good. No one to accept you when you come in. You just sit down at the sunken bar area, and they will serve you. The only complaint was the Pot Roast and mash potatoes where not very warm and my wife's fish and chips where extremely hot, but honestly that was the only complaint I had.

   Was not a great night for my wife and I the waitress was pleasant can’t and will not blame her. The food was horrible, had no seasoning the presentation was not good and overall we won’t be back.

    Love the the quiet atmosphere. Husband and I had the Christmas brunch buffet. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. It far exceeded the sub par foods you get at most buffets Many items to choose from. I especially love the French toast and potato casserole. Wait staff was very attentive. It was an outstanding experience! Will be back again

    The building is old so the condescension in thr ceiling was dripping on our table so we had to move it down. They didn't have enough food or desserts. It was a messy buffet. We paid a high value for food and I did not get to eat what I wanted because they ran out. The prime rib was raw. I mean raw. I had to spit it out. I will not go back ever. The server was very nice!

    This is a great place for Sunday brunch with friends and families. The food is ample and fresh, and the setting is pleasant, comfortable and relaxing. Most importantly the staff is warm and friendly and worked hard to make sure that coffee was refilled, finished plates were removed, and everyone had a great time. I particularly recommend the prime rib, the shrimp and smoked salmon, the very fresh bread, and the omelet station. The manager went out of his way to see that our group was well-taken-care-of, from seeing that we were seated at a comfortable table to arranging a birthday cake for our guest of honor and announcing her special birthday so everyone could sing along (he did that for a couple of other birthday guests too). We stayed for over 2 hours and felt like family rather than customers.

    My date and I had a delightful time. The quality of the food was excellent, the stakes were somewhat undercooked, but not enough to damage the evening. The service was very good. Overall a very good experience.

    I took my wife here for Valentines day, at 1st it seemed like it was going to be a nice evening however they must have been short staffed. We were served champagne out of a pitcher, which seemed really cheesy to me. When our food finally came the lobster was cold but tasty. The tendeloin on the other hand had some kind of mushroom gravy on it that was disgusting. The desert was terrible and we waited for, I kid you not 30 minutes for our bill. Then they hit us with a built in gratuity. Lastly there were supposed to be carriage rides included I never saw horse and carriage and when I asked they said they left early.

    There are some things to consider, such as live music tastefully done at 6PM on Saturday, a complementary Horse and Carriage rides around the lot, to see the on site horses, waiting outfront with a friendly driver, and a big Clydesdale named Buddy. Ocala and horses seem to be the theme. There are large screen TVs at the bar, but no sound, and light music played until the live music started. The volume was good, but not overpowering, thus appropriate to the setting, and for talking and mingling. The food was very good, if a little higher priced, but with good service staff, and a full bar. It was surprisingly kid friendly with good choices on the menu. They seem to leave it open to a Tapas and or full meals type atmosphere, with drinks and music. Good for a date night. The hotel and staff at the Hilton are trying really hard to get your business. As for myself, I will be going back.

    Sunday Brunch was as good as ever. The shrimp were fresh and the oysters were fantastic. Everything was very good,and me loving prime rib I was in heaven.

    Food was good, tasted fresh. Not too much variety. Room was nice but seemed loud, couldn’t enjoy the entertainment. Overall I would definitely go again.

    Food was spot on. Oysters, crab claws, shrimp, and all the hot dishes were fantastic. The prime rib was cooked perfectly. And my wife’s omelette was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.

    Overcooked snapper and a ruined filetsnapped up our experience here. Victor, our waiter tried his best but with a kitchen this inept it is hard for the best waiter in the world to overcome a cook without the skills to put out a relatively simple meal. I suspect this was once a good restaurant from the reviews we saw. It is not that anymore.

    Great staff and pretty place to eat. My dads burger was fantastic but the polenta and vegetables wasn’t very good. Maybe I just ordered wrong but I would go back. Easy and pleasant dining!

    The food was excellent. Beware that a gratuity will be added to your check regardless of party size. We did not notice that and that resulted in us giving the waiter a 70 dollar tip. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience.

    Once again a perfect brunch. It is always a great time when we go there. Emilio was a perfect ten and was very attentive and ready to step in when required. Prime Rib was great and we always enjoy the waffles and omelets. The desserts also were wonderful too, as were the Mimosas. Won't be long before we go there again.

    2 hours to have dinner. Flatbread appetizer took 45 minutes. Restaurant had people at only 4 tables. Server told us she was going to get our appetizer and came back 15 minutes later. Second time being disappointed here, there will not be a third.

    I have to think about it. I took my boyfriend and his family last time and we had a wonderful time, our waitress was very friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, it was perfect. Then this time, my daughter and I went for Mother's Day I was bragging to her how good it was last time. Our waiter left us after getting me water, my daughter didn't even get her drink from him, I had to call someone to get her a drink, our waiter obviously was into his big group of tables and forgot us on the corner. He didn't get to check on except when it was time to give me my bill. I had to ask the other waitress to call him so my daughter and I can go. I'm so very disappointed not to mention it was my day, Mother's Day.

    The restaurant is in the middle of the lobby. It is loud. Everyone that walks by can look right in. We did have live music which was nice . It is very bright and they have very distracting color changing lights. If you are looking for a private ambiance this is not the place. It took a really long time to get our order. Our waitress seemed a little lost and forgetful. Brought very sweet tea (she said she knew it was extra sweet because she wasn’t paying attention) and an extra glass of unsweetened tea for me to water it down. The prices are exorbitant. I ordered herbed chicken and my husband got fillet mignon. They were both braced in the same sauce. The chicken wasn’t herbed as I expected. On the website it said outdoor sitting but we found out it’s not the case. I also scheduled the reservation online and when I called to confirm they didn’t have anything reserved. May come here for brunch but it’s not a dinner date kind of a restaurant
