   Birthday dinner, waiting staff were friendly and accommodating offering us suggestions. Food came in good time, not too long of a wait. Food was good, good quantity and quality. Overall a great experience

   Food is nice but very overpriced. Service was not good. 2 incorrect drinks - one clearly asked for a bottle of Madri but was given a pint and then it was a faff to return. Another asked for a Blue Moon, but they bright over a blue moon cocktail rather than the beer - why would you name a cocktail the same as a beer and then not clarify which one? Food and drinks extremely slow and not not very attentive. Same both times I have visited.

   We've eaten here many times over the years, and this was probably the worst experience to date. This was a pre-concert meal, the restaurant was less than half full and yet it took them nearly an hour to get our food to us. We were not alone - there were a lot of very frustrated and angry people. The waiting staff work hard, and yet the kitchen seems to work at snails pace with no desire to try and work any faster. Such a disappointment as the food is good, but the kitchen lets the whole thing down. Could be so much better.

    Fantastic ambience for an evening meal over looking the London skyline. Food was awesome. Perfect for a special occasion
