Market Bistro will open from 11.30am 7 days a week, offering a classic “bistro style” menu featuring house made pasta, and a great selection of dry aged meats and a bunch of export quality local seafood.

Our wine list will be interesting, constantly evolving and feature predominantly Australian and New Zealand producers.

A unique feature of the Bistro is the fact you can walk into & purchase wine from the Wine Store for retail prices then drink it in the Bistro (for a small corkage fee.)

Market Bistro will be a stylish, casual restaurant that is not stuffy or pretentious... It is professional, casual & truly local.

We offer two courses with accompanying sides for $85 per person or three courses for $100 per person. Friday and Saturday evenings are a minimum of three courses with all other times an option of two or three courses. For all reservations of 10 or more, please email us directly at info@marketbistro.com.au and we will respond within 24 hours and confirm your reservation.

    Great food and drinks that are a little on the pricey side . Fabulous people serving, fast and efficient. Really well paced meals that were delivered together. Very noisy when busy and lacking that warm hug … still a lovely night out, we will go again.

    Very friendly greeting at door, aware of our booking and able to change our table immediately. Excellent service, food took a while to come but was delicous.

    Amazing service and delicious seasonal food/menu. Best on the coast and this is why it is our favourite weekly dinner date.

    Steak was super under cooked even after a mix up in the kitchen, however got a free side and dessert to make up for their mistake. These were both delicious. Staff were awesome. Mistakes happen but still left a little disappointed considering the price.

    We had a wonderful night in a premier restaurant in the Market Bistro. The food was of an extremely high calibre, served beautifully. Our waitress was well informed of the specialities and expertly answered our queries. This is restaurant for special occasions as you are probably looking at $100/head, however, the food and experience is well worth every cent. We teamed our night with a Wine Tasting hosted by Market Wines (join their mailing list !!!) making for a comprehensive evening of fine food and wine. If I had to make a criticism (and I don't want to), it would be that the Profiteroles where overpowered by too much Ice Cream (cant believe I'm saying that really). Overall though 5 Stars.
