Market Bistro will open from 11.30am 7 days a week, offering a classic “bistro style” menu featuring house made pasta, and a great selection of dry aged meats and a bunch of export quality local seafood.

Our wine list will be interesting, constantly evolving and feature predominantly Australian and New Zealand producers.

A unique feature of the Bistro is the fact you can walk into & purchase wine from the Wine Store for retail prices then drink it in the Bistro (for a small corkage fee.)

Market Bistro will be a stylish, casual restaurant that is not stuffy or pretentious... It is professional, casual & truly local.

We offer two courses with accompanying sides for $85 per person or three courses for $100 per person. Friday and Saturday evenings are a minimum of three courses with all other times an option of two or three courses.     Love coming to Market Bistro, the staff ae fantastic, however, each time I order my steak rare, it always seems to come on the upper end of Medium Rare, or in some cases Medium.

    We dine at Market Bistro a lot and it’s always outstanding. Last night we waited over an hour for mains and had to ask twice where they were. An uncommon slip when it’s normally 10/10

    After my first experience at this restaurant I knew it wouldn’t be the last. Every dish served was a masterclass in flavour and presentation. The meats were incredibly tender practically melting in your mouth!! Whether your looking to treat yourself or impress someone special, then Market Bistro will not disappoint.

    I highly recommend Market Bistro, it is easily one of my favourite restaurants on the Sunshine Coast. I’m originally from Melbourne, so that says a lot. 😉 The food is extremely tasty. They also make incredible cocktails, especially their margarita of the week special.
