   My boyfriend and I had a lovely dinner here. They have a great variety of food and offer gluten free options on pizza and pasta. The service was excellent. Definitely worth the visit.

   Overall, it was a pleasant experience as always, and the food was delicious, just as expected. However, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff was incredibly rude, unfriendly, and harsh in their tone. Their attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable and took away from the otherwise enjoyable meal. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant of this standard to have such unprofessional service.

   On the whole the experience was very positive since the food was amazing, however there was a somewhat hasty, impatient attitude of the waiters. Food was delicious, inside it's a bit noisy maybe it's just the acoustics.

   The first time we went was a great dining experience and so we decided to bring friends. It was a disaster from the start. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the table we booked and were offered to be seated indoors which we didn’t want so we waited for the one we booked. Now I don’t necessarily blame the restaurant for our table not being ready on time even though the group had finished all food and drink and were literally just sitting down looking at their phones. However, the restaurant could’ve handled things differently. For instance, they could have politely asked them to move to the bar or whether they wanted to order more etc. Alternatively, instead of hassling us to move to another table indoors and order while we waited (which we didn’t want for good reason), they could have been nice about it by offering us a drink while we waited. Instead they just left us waiting without any apology or anything except insisting we settle indoors. So why did we book? The service at table wasn’t great either as drinks were forgotten then served warm etc. Nevertheless, we were ready to overlook everything, including the dirty cushions underneath us, as we were there for the food. However, that was the biggest let down unfortunately. We ordered the same starters as last time and it was evident that they were prepared much earlier and reheated. Huge disappointment unfortunately.

   Wine served before water, starters served separately, chicken served cold and then reheated. Half full glass with water cleared from the table before finished
