   We had reservations for the bar at 6:30pm on a Sunday. There was only one other couple at the bar and a few tables seated in the dining room. We are thankful they are open on Sundays. The place is gorgeous, the seating is very comfortable, and the service is great. There are three huge and beautiful co-ed restrooms. The attention to comfort and detail at Marigold matches all of the other Crown Restaurants. We appreciate this very much. For our first visit, we went with the traditional English dishes that they are highlighting. The Scotch Egg was fantastic! Best we've ever had. However, it didn't seem to go with the sauce underneath it. We ordered the Chicken, Leek & Bacon Pot Pie, and the Butter Chicken. The pot pie was a lovely presentation, but we found it very dry with not enough leek and no discernable bacon. It was served with a sauce, but there was no where near enough of it. All it tasted like was chicken and dough. We would not order a pot pie again. The butter chicken was delicious. The chicken tasted of grill before it was introduced into the beautifully balanced sauce. The saffron rice it is served with is delightful, the naan is yummy, and the cucumber salad is a refreshing addition the the dish. Both dishes were quite pricey, but we understand the food cost dilemma going on these days. We will go back to try more dishes to see if this place is a solid restaurant in our rotation.

   Oysters excellent Scotch egg very good Indian Chicken terrible. Go to One of good Indian restaurants in town and re configure it Beef Cheddar pie bland Prime rib excellent Bernaise sauce excellent

   Interesting take on British and Indian food. High energy vibe, great wine list. Definitely worth checking out.

   The trout and the Pachadi salad and the sticky toffee pudding were incredible! Loved everything!

   This was our first time at Marigold. I did not like the food. I had the shrimp curry which had an overtly thick sauce without much seasoning. There was plenty of large shrimp however. The cumcuber salad which came with the meal did not have any particular seasoning. There was rice served with the curry. If you are looking for Indian food,look elsewhere. The service was good and our meals arrived in a timely manor. Austin, our server, was friendly and gave us suggestions on the menu. There were not many diners and the noise level was low. We did ask to be seated in a less noisy area since the reviews had said it was loud. I liked the decor and there if a nice bar. We did enjoy our cocktails.I had the Prince's Palace which had a curry flavor. Probably will not return.

    Fantastic experience start to finish. The drink menu is eclectic and we enjoyed each of the cocktails we tried. The menu is really a journey with twists and turns and our waiter Colby did an outstanding job of guiding us. Toffee dessert should illegal it was so good. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend
